A method and a system for processing a Radio Link Failure (RLF) report, where when a User Equipment (UE) encounters an RLF in a first cell controlled by a first evolved base station and selects a second cell controlled by a second evolved base station to re-establish an Radio Resource Connection (RRC), are provided. The method includes sending, by the second evolved base station, the RLF report to every corresponding evolved base station according to the PCI of the first cell having been received from the UE, where the PCI of the first cell, the PCI of a second cell, the CRNTI of the UE in the first cell, and UE authentication information are carried in the RLF report, and authenticating, by every evolved base station the UE according to the UE authentication information. Another method for processing an RLF report, and two methods for adjusting a mobile parameter, are also provided.

A method for transmitting a handover report and for transmitting a radio link failure (RLF) report are provided. The method includes obtaining, by a target base station, at least one of location information of a source cell or location information of a user equipment (UE) history cell during a handover procedure, and transmitting, by the target base station, the handover report to at least one of a source base station or to a base station where the UE history cell is located, according to the obtained at least one of location information of the source cell or the location information of the UE history cell, wherein the handover report including at least one of an unnecessary handover report, a too early handover report, or a handover to wrong cell report.

The embodiments of present application provide a method and device for handover, wherein, the method includes: receiving a configuration message transmitted by a second node to support the first node for handover, wherein, the first node includes any one of a relay node, a mobile terminal part of the relay node, and a distributed unit of the relay node, and the second node includes any one of an anchor node, and a central unit of the anchor node; and configuring the first node according to the configuration message transmitted by the second node. The method provided in the present application achieves the effect of updating the configuration of the first node during the handover of the first node when moving, so that the relay node may continuously provide service for a user equipment accessing the first node.

Embodiments of present application implement method as provided, so network slice enhance can be achieved, network slices can be utilized better and allocated with reasonable resources, and continuity of service and quality of service are guaranteed in limited network resources available, thus practical application requirements are met better.

The method includes receiving, from a base station, a configuration message including layer 1/layer 2 (L1/L2) triggered mobility (LTM) candidate information associated with a LTM candidate cell, wherein the LTM candidate information includes first information on an early uplink (UL) synchronization procedure; performing the early UL synchronization procedure with the LTM candidate cell based on the LTM candidate information; performing a L1 measurement on the LTM candidate cell; and transmitting, to the base station, a report message for the L1 measurement.

The present disclosure relates to a base station that supports self-configuration and self-optimization and a method thereof. A method performed by a target base station in a mobile communication system includes: receiving a radio link failure (RLF) report of a user equipment (UE) from a source base station or a third base station; detecting a reason for an occurrence of a failure based on the RLF report of the UE; and transmitting a message to the source base station based on the detected reason for the occurrence of the failure.
