Abstract: A method performed by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system includes receiving, from a base station (BS), code block group (CBG) information via radio resource control (RRC) signaling; identifying a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) of a plurality of PDSCHs belonging to a first PDSCH set or a second PDSCH set, based on the CBG information; determining a first hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement/negative acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK/NACK) codebook for the first PDSCH set and a second HARQ-ACK/NACK codebook for the second PDSCH set; and transmitting HARQ-ACK/NACK information generated by connecting the first HARQ-ACK/NACK codebook and the second HARQ-ACK/NACK codebook.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and an apparatus for configuring uplink and downlink carriers. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the UE determines according to received uplink and downlink carrier configuration signaling, the pairing between the uplink and downlink carriers, and/or a timing reference downlink carrier for the uplink, and/or a pathloss reference cell for the uplink. Thus, the uplink and downlink carriers may be configured more flexibly. Further, through the configuration of the reference downlink carrier for the uplink timing and the uplink power control, the carrier aggregation performance and that on the unlicensed band may be supported more effectively, so as to improve the performance of the LTE system.

Abstract: The present invention provides a control information transmission resource determining method in a D2D communication. In this method, a location of a subframe used for a SA transmission is determined in a SA resource pool by a TRP. In the subframe, a frequency domain resource used for the SA transmission occupies a part of symbols or PRBs in the entire subframe, and a location of the frequency domain resource is determined by a central control node assigning way, a randomly selecting way, a resource-hopping way or a mapping way between a time domain resource and a frequency domain resource. According to the method above, data transmission delay can be effectively reduced, data transmission reliability can be ensured, and V2X communication requirements can be achieved by small changes in a current system.

The data transmission method and device can select optimal resources for data transmission to avoid impacts of collisions on data transmission, and can adjust system running state in case of congestion to improve system performance as much as possible.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for feeding back hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information are provided. The apparatus and method include user equipment (UE) that first receives a downlink grant (DL-GRANT) which schedules downlink HARQ transmission in a time-frequency bundling window corresponding to an uplink subframe used for feeding back HARQ-ACK, obtains a DL downlink assignment index (DL DAI) in the DL-GRANT, and determines a mapping value of each DL DAI. Then, according to the mapping value of the corresponding DL DAI, the HARQ-ACK bit of each HARQ feedback unit is mapped to a corresponding bit of a feedback bit sequence. According to the method and apparatus provided by the present disclosure, useless HARQ-ACK bits may be effectively removed, and efficiency for feeding back HARQ-ACK may be increased. As such, a downlink peak rate of a UE is ensured.

The present application provides a method for transmitting uplink information, which includes the following: a UE detects control information, i.e., UL-Grant for scheduling uplink data transmissions from a base station; determines according to the control information, the number of PRBs resource allocated by the base station, determining a maximum transmission power allowed in the current sub-frame, determines an uplink transmission power of the UE; executes an LBT according to UL-Grant configurations, and starts an uplink data transmission after the LBT is successful. By adopting the method of the present disclosure, the total uplink transmission power of an entire cell in one sub-frame is controlled, so as to realize coexistence with other devices. Further, by reasonably setting an LBT time period and power increase transition time, the probability of collisions among devices is reduced.

Abstract: A method for an uplink transmission of a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system and the UE are provided. The UE includes a transceiver configured to receive control signaling from a BS; and a processor configured to: group PDSCHs based on the control signaling; and determine an HARQ-ACK/NACK codebook for each group of PDSCHs, wherein the transceiver is further configured to transmit HARQ-ACK/NACK information corresponding to the HARQ-ACK/NACK codebook.
