Abstract: The present disclosure provides several methods, user equipment (UEs) and base stations for transmitting uplink signals. After receiving uplink synchronization command information, the UE may transmit an uplink signal on at least one idle unlicensed cell. Besides, the UE may try to transmit the uplink signal on multiple uplink signal resources within an uplink signal transmission window. By using the present disclosure, transmission probability of uplink signals may be improved, and time delay of uplink synchronization may be shortened.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for feeding back hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information are provided. The apparatus and method include user equipment (UE) that first receives a downlink grant (DL-GRANT) which schedules downlink HARQ transmission in a time-frequency bundling window corresponding to an uplink subframe used for feeding back HARQ-ACK, obtains a DL downlink assignment index (DL DAI) in the DL-GRANT, and determines a mapping value of each DL DAI. Then, according to the mapping value of the corresponding DL DAI, the HARQ-ACK bit of each HARQ feedback unit is mapped to a corresponding bit of a feedback bit sequence. According to the method and apparatus provided by the present disclosure, useless HARQ-ACK bits may be effectively removed, and efficiency for feeding back HARQ-ACK may be increased. As such, a downlink peak rate of a UE is ensured.

Abstract: A first device senses scheduling assignment (SA) and received power of a second device, and a total received energy of each subband. The first device determines a reference value of received power of the second device and a reference value of total received energy, based on a sensing result of the second device. The first device selects a resource, based on the reference value of received power and reference value of total received energy, the first device transmits data. By adopting the method of the present disclosure, decoding performance of SA is improved, and accuracy for measuring received power of the SA is also enhanced. Subsequently, on the basis of SA and received power, performances for selecting/re-selecting channel resources are improved.

The method may include: a User Equipment (UE) determines a number of detections corresponding to a DCI detection ability of the UE and a number of detections corresponding to a DCI format; the UE reduces the number of detections corresponding to the DCI format, wherein the reduced number of detections corresponding to the DCI format is smaller than or equal to the number of detections corresponding to the DCI detection ability; and the UE receives the DCI according to the reduced number of detections corresponding to the DCI format. According to the method and apparatus of the present disclosure, a complexity of a procedure of receiving the DCI can be reduced.

The present application provides a method for transmitting HARQ-ACK information, including steps of: detecting, by a UE, a PDCCH and receiving a PDSCH scheduled by the PDCCH; for one slot of one carrier, determining, according to a configured slot pattern and a configured PDCCH monitoring occasion, the HARQ-ACK occasion and the number of HARQ-ACK bits occupied by the one slot; and, generating, by the UE, an HARQ-ACK codebook according to the HARQ-ACK occasion and the number of HARQ-ACK bits occupied by the one slot, and transmitting HARQ-ACK information. By the method of the present invention, the number of HARQ-ACK bits to be fed back within each slot is reduced, and the feedback overhead is reduced; moreover, the number of bits of the generated HARQ-ACK codebook changes semi-statically, so that the confusion between a base station and a UE is avoided.
