Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display device including a display panel; a collimation unit located on a light emergent side of the display panel and configured to convert emergent light in the same position of the display panel into parallel light beams in the same direction; a light waveguide unit, which is located on one side of the collimation unit away from the display panel, includes a light incident surface and a light emergent surface opposite to the collimation unit, and is configured to cause the parallel light beams to be emergent from at least two positions of the light emergent surface; and an imaging unit opposite to the light emergent surface of the light waveguide unit and configured to converge the parallel light beams emergent from the at least two positions on the light emergent surface of the light waveguide unit into a real image point.

Abstract: A Micro LED display substrate, a method for manufacturing the Micro LED display substrate, and a Micro LED display device are provided. In the method, the Micro LED is transferred onto the organic layer of the array substrate, one etching is performed to form through hole on both the protective layer and the array substrate, and then one metal deposition is performed to simultaneously form an electrode of the Micro LED and a structure electrically connecting the graphene layer with the source or drain electrode of the thin film transistor. Compared with the related art in which the electrode of the Micro LED and the structure electrically connecting the graphene layer with the source or drain electrode of the thin film transistor are formed through two etchings and two metal depositions, the method provided by the present disclosure saves the process steps, simplifies the process and reduces the costs.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a touch film, a touch panel, a touch display device and a preparing method thereof, in which breakage probability in a metal portion can be reduced, thereby improving the touch performance. The touch film comprises a flexible substrate made of polyimide, a metal layer, and an organic film arranged therebetween and having a water drop contact angle less than 80°. The touch film further comprises a touch electrode layer comprising multiple groups of first touch electrodes and multiple groups of second touch electrodes, wherein each group of the first touch electrodes comprises a plurality of first touch electrodes arrayed in a second direction; and each group of the second touch electrodes comprises a plurality of second touch electrodes arrayed in a first direction. The metal layer comprises metal connection lines for electrically connecting adjacent first touch electrodes.

Abstract: A liquid display panel, and a display device are provided. The liquid display panel includes an array substrate. The array substrate includes a base substrate, a plurality of data lines, a plurality of scanning lines, and an auxiliary electrode. The data lines and the scanning lines intersect to form a plurality of pixels arranged in an array. Each pixel includes a first sub-pixel and a second sub-pixel adjacent to each other. Each first sub-pixel includes a first pixel electrode and a first electrode, while each second sub-pixel includes a second pixel electrode. The second sub-pixel has an area larger than the first pixel; and the second pixel electrode has an area larger than the first pixel electrode. At least a portion of the auxiliary electrode and the first electrode overlap with each other to form a first auxiliary capacitance for the first sub-pixel, and an overlap region between the auxiliary electrode and the first electrode extends into the second sub-pixel of a same pixel.
