Abstract: A spatial light modulator and a holographic 3D display device are provided. The spatial light modulator includes a first liquid crystal panel configured to adjust a phase of first light; a second liquid crystal panel configured to adjust an amplitude of the first light, located on one side of the first liquid crystal panel; a quarter-wave plate located on a side of the second liquid crystal panel away from the first liquid crystal panel; and a polarizer located on a side of the quarter-wave plate away from the first liquid crystal panel. A difference between a refractive index of second liquid crystal molecules along a direction of the liquid crystal optical axis and a refractive index perpendicular to the direction of the liquid crystal optical axis is Δn, a thickness of the second liquid crystal layer is d, a wavelength of the first light is λ1, and 0.5λ1≤Δn×d≤0.75λ1.

In a fingerprint recognition stage, at least one of the first and second organic light-emitting structures function as a light source of the fingerprint recognition unit; the emergent light of the at least one of the first and second organic light-emitting structures has a first spectral range, the transmission spectral range of the first color filter film is a second spectral range, and the spectral range corresponding to visible light and near-infrared light is a third spectral range. The first spectral range is located within the second spectral range which is located within the third spectral range, light from at least a part of the wave band located within the third spectral range and outside the second spectral range is absorbed or reflected by the first color filter film.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display apparatus, a fingerprint identification method thereof, and an electronic device. The display apparatus includes: an organic light emitting layer and a fingerprint identification array. The organic light emitting layer includes a plurality of organic light emitting configurations. In a fingerprint identification phase, the plurality of organic light emitting configurations are arranged to emit light according to a first light emitting lattice and shift. A distance between any two adjacent organic light emitting configurations in the first light emitting lattice is greater than or equal to a minimum crosstalk-free distance. The minimum crosstalk-free distance is a maximum radius of a covering region formed on the fingerprint identification array by the light emitted from any organic light emitting configuration and then reflected through the first surface of the cover plate.

Abstract: Disclosed is a folding display device comprising: a display panel. and a folding shaft. The display play can be configured to be folded along the display device. The folding shaft can be configured to partition the display panel into a first display portion and a second display portion, and a folding state detecting electrode is a capacitive detecting electrode and is provided on the first display portion and/or the second display portion. According to the disclosure, the problem of the prior art that a detecting unit in a folding display device is difficult to determine the specific degree of folding of the folding display device may be solved. Thereby, the degree of folding of a folding display device can be accurately detected.

Abstract: An OLED array substrate is provided. The OLED array includes multiple sub-pixels defined by multiple data lines and multiple scan lines, and a resistance-type pressure sensing element located in non-opening regions of the sub-pixels. The pressure sensing element includes multiple resistors. Each resistor has a serpentine wire structure. The serpentine wire structure includes a first sub-wire and a second sub-wire connected to two adjacent first sub-wires. Both the first sub-wire and the second sub-wire are located in non-opening regions of the sub-pixels on the OLED array substrate. The resistance-type pressure sensing element is arranged in a display region of the OLED array substrate without influencing the display effect of a display panel or a display device. An extension direction of a projection of the first sub-wire on an array substrate intersects with extension directions of projections of the data lines and the scan lines on the array substrate.
