    Abstract: A client device executes a display layout application that receives a size of each display item included in a set of display items. The set of display items is associated with a first frame included in a bounding box associated with a display screen. The display layout application determines a reference size based on the sizes of the set of display items. The display layout application determines a size of the first frame based on the reference size. The display layout application determines a position for a first display item included in the set of display items based on a position of the first frame within the bounding box. The display layout application generates a layout for display on the display screen, where the layout includes the first display item.

    Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for implementing a low-latency data stream monitoring system. The data stream monitoring system may obtain raw data from a data source as soon after the data is generated, and may classify the data according to different topics. The topics may be published in a publish-subscribe messaging model, and data enrichment systems may subscribe to the topics to receive data for enrichment. The data enrichment systems may supplement or replace the raw data with additional information, and may further classify or reclassify the enriched data into different topics. The enriched data may then be published to an alert generation system, which may apply various criteria to the enriched data to determine that alerts should be generated, generate the alerts, and publish or transmit the alerts to client devices. Individual data streams, topics, enrichments, criteria, and alarms may be added, removed, or modified as required.

In embodiments, the computer-implemented method may entail receiving, by a data service, live data associated with an entity. The entity may be, for example, a customer of the data service. The method may then route the live data to a dual-queue system of the data service. The live data may be loaded into a live data queue of the dual queue system for processing. Processing may entail generating summary statistics from the live data. An alert may then be transmitted to the customer in response to detecting the occurrence of one or more alert events. In embodiments, the alert events may include events identified in the summary statistics. Additional embodiments are described and/or claimed.

    Abstract: Machine data reflecting operation of a monitored system is ingested and made available for search by a data intake and query system (DIQS). A monitoring function may search the data ingested by the DIQS to determine instances of notable events in regards to the monitored system and may further determine a defined invokable action message (IAM) associated with a notable event instance. Processing ensues to send an IAM to a communications device used by support personnel. The IAM includes information about an action invocation message (AIM) suitable to cause the performance of an action that possibly remedies or improves an operational condition represented by the notable event. Support personnel engages a user interface representation corresponding to the AIM and the AIM is sent to a remedial node where performance of the action is invoked.
