    Abstract: Embodiments provide a data transmission method, a network device, and a terminal device. For achieving this, indication signaling indicating data transmission of one transport block can be sent. The indication signaling carries a status value indicating a quantity of coding block groups in the transport block. The status value further indicates at least one coding block group in the data transmission. The status value is represented by using a maximum of K+1 bits, and K is a maximum value of the quantity of coding block groups that can be included in the transport block. In various embodiments, a network device jointly indicates, by using the status value, the quantity of coding block groups in the transport block and the at least one coding block group included in the data transmission, so that a quantity of bits occupied by the indication signaling is reduced, thereby reducing signaling overheads.

    Abstract: This application provides an uplink power control method and apparatus. A network side device sends a plurality of pieces of configuration information of an RACH to UE, and indicates, by using a scheduling message of the RACH, identifier information of the configuration information of the RACH used by the UE. The UE calculates a transmit power of the RACH based on the configuration information that is of the RACH and that is corresponding to the identifier information, and sends a random access preamble to the network side device based on the transmit power of the RACH.

    Abstract: A sequence-based signal processing method and apparatus are provided. A sequence meeting a requirement for sending a signal by using a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) is determined, where the sequence is a sequence {fn} consisting of N elements, fn is an element in the sequence {fn}, and the determined sequence {fn} is a sequence meeting a preset condition; then, the N elements in the sequence {fn} are respectively mapped to N subcarriers to generate a first signal; and the first signal is sent. By using the determined sequence, when a signal is sent by using a PUCCH, a low sequence correlation can be maintained, and a relatively small peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) value and cubic metric (CM) value can also be maintained, thereby meeting a requirement of a communication application environment in which a signal is sent by using a PUCCH.

The method further includes allocating, according to priorities of the first channel and the second channel, a first transmit power to the first subframe j and a second transmit power to the second subframe i. The first transmit power is less than or equal to a first power upper limit. A sum of the first transmit power and the second transmit power is less than or equal to a first threshold. The device includes: an information determining unit, configured to determine a location at which hardware switching needs to be performed in a current subframe and switching time of the hardware switching; a configuration unit, configured to configure, according to the switching time, a first guard period for a first data symbol corresponding to the location, where a length of the first guard period is greater than or equal to that of the switching time; where the configuration unit is further configured to: use, as a second data symbol, a data symbol in the subframe other than the first data symbol, and configure a second guard period for the second data symbol; and a sending unit, configured to send the subframe to another wireless network device.     Abstract: A sequence-based signal processing method and apparatus are provided. A sequence meeting a requirement for sending a signal by using a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) is determined. The sequence is a sequence {fn} consisting of 12 elements, fn represents an element in the sequence {fn}, and the determined sequence {fn} is a sequence meeting a preset condition. Then, the 12 elements in the sequence {fn} are respectively mapped to 12 subcarriers, to generate a first signal, and the first signal is sent. By using the determined sequence, when the signal is sent by using the PUCCH, a low correlation between sequences can be maintained, and a relatively small peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) value and a relatively small cubic metric (CM) value can be maintained. Therefore, a requirement of a communication application environment in which the signal is sent by using the PUCCH is met.
