摘要: A performance of a compressor is enhanced and durability of scroll bodies is enhanced by optimizing relief to machining tolerance at a central end part of spiral members for forming the scroll bodies. In a scroll type compressor in which a reinforced portion (for example, a large radius of curvature R) reinforced more than in other root corner portions 5 is provided in a root corner portion 5 at a central end part in which a stress of the two spiral members 10 and 20 is increased, a first relief is formed in a region in which the two spiral members 10 and 20 come into contact with each other where the reinforced portion is applied only to one of the spiral members 10 and 20, and a second relief larger than the first relief is provided in a region in which the two spiral members come into contact with each other at a portion in which the radius of curvature R is provided in both of the two spiral members, thereby reasonably forming reliefs for avoiding interference at the point of contact of two spiral members.

摘要: A scroll type compressor having a front housing, a rear housing, an intermediate outer shell portion arranged between the front and rear housing to form an integral stationary scroll element having a stationary end plate and a stationary spiral member, a movable scroll element having a movable end plate and a movable spiral element and being engaged with the stationary scroll element to define a plurality of compression chambers shifting and reducing in volume to compress refrigerant gas, containing therein an oil component, in response to an orbiting motion of the movable scroll element, a suction port formed in the intermediate outer shell portion to directly introduce the refrigerant gas into the compression chambers, and a discharge chamber in which the refrigerant gas after compression is discharged from the compression chambers. The rear housing having an oil-separating chamber for separating the oil component from the refrigerant gas after compression and an oil-storing chamber for storing therein the separated oil to be supplied to the interior of the front housing via an oil passage formed in the intermediate outer shell to cool and lubricate movable elements and portions of the compressor.

摘要: A female connector housing 11 has a locking arm 30 integrally moulded thereon, the locking arm 30 having a fitting projection 31. A male connector housing 21 has a fitting hole 24 formed on hood member 22 thereof. Two slots 34 are formed on either side of the fitting projection 31 so as to extend along the longitudinal direction of the locking arm 30. The locking arm 30 is thus partitioned into a fitting arm member 35 which includes the fitting projection 31, and two supporting arm members 36 which are formed on both sides thereof. The foot members 36a of the supporting arm members 36 are thicker than the foot member 35a of the fitting arm member 35, and thus the engagement load of the arm 30 is large, but the projection 35a is nevertheless relatively easy to disengage.

摘要: A waterproof seal for a connector has a generally tubular body. Each of opposite end surfaces, formed respectively at opposite ends of the tubular body, is shaped such that two adjacent waterproof seals that contact either of the opposite end surfaces of the other waterproof seal are prevented from sticking to each other. Specifically, each of the opposite end surfaces is formed into a substantially conical shape. With this construction, even if the waterproof seal is made of oil-containing rubber or the like exhibiting a sticky nature, the waterproof seals will not stick to each other, and the waterproof seals can be smoothly fed in order by a parts feeder.

摘要: A gain control circuit for a video signal reproducing apparatus provides a variable gain circuit in the reproduced video signal path and an amplitude detector circuit to which a pilot signal separated from the reproduced video signals is applied. The gain control circuit has N series circuits, each consisting of a series-connected capacitor and a switching element, each of the series circuits corresponding to one of the transducers of the video signal reproducing apparatus. The series circuits are connected to form a parallel circuit across which is applied an output signal from the amplitude detector circuit to supply a gain control signal to the variable gain circuit. Further, each switching element of the series circuits is controlled to be conductive only during the intervals during which a reproduced video signal is obtained from a corresponding rotary head.
