    摘要: A control valve for a variable displacement compressor is provided. A retainer cylinder in the control valve includes a first cylindrical member made of non-magnetic material and a second cylindrical member having a bottom portion made of magnetic material. A shim is intervened a bottom surface of a plunger and inner bottom surface of the second cylindrical member. The retainer cylinder has good magnetic permeability between a coil and the plunger, even though the wall of the cylinder thickens to improve the withstanding pressure to internal refrigerant pressure.

    摘要: A displacement control mechanism used for compressor is installed in a refrigerant circuit. The compressor has a bleed passage and a supply passage. The displacement control mechanism includes a first control valve and a second control valve. The first control valve includes a first valve body and a pressure sensitive member. The first valve body adjusts the opening size of the supply passage. The pressure sensitive member moves in accordance with a pressure in the refrigerant circuit. A pressure detection region is located downstream of the first valve body. The second control valve includes a second valve body. The second valve body adjusts the opening size of the bleed passage. The second valve body moves in accordance with the pressure of the pressure detection region. When the pressure of the pressure detection region increases, the second control valve decreases the opening size of the bleed passage. This permits to start with rapid cooling performance.

    摘要: A scroll type compressor having a housing unit in which a movable scroll element and a stationary scroll element are received in such a relationship that the movable scroll element orbits about the center of the stationary scroll element. The scroll type compressor further having a mechanical reinforced rotation preventing unit for preventing rotation of the movable scroll element about its own axis, and the rotation preventing unit having first stationary pin fixed to an inner end face of the housing unit and second movable pin fixed to an end face of a base plate of the movable scroll element, and a ring engaged with the first and second rings. A thickness T1 between the outer circumference of the first pin and the inner edge of the inner end face of the housing unit is set to be equal to or larger than 2.4 mm. A thickness T2 between the outer circumference of the second pin and the outer circumference of the base plate of the movable scroll element is set to be equal to or larger than 2.7 mm. A radial wall thickness T3 of the ring between the outer and inner cylindrical surfaces thereof is set to be equal to or larger than 1.7 mm.

    摘要: A scroll type compressor comprising mutually mating stationary and movable scroll members, a drive shaft, a counterweight, a slide key extending from the drive shaft, and a drive bush slidably fit on the slide key. The counterweight is immovably fit on the drive shaft. The slide key has a first axis offset from the longitudinal axis of the drive shaft for causing the movable scroll member to revolve around the longitudinal axis of the drive shaft, and a second axis perpendicular to the first axis. In the second form of the compressor, the counterweight has a guide portion having a first axis offset from the longitudinal axis of the drive shaft for causing the movable scroll member to revolve around the longitudinal axis of the drive shaft, and a second axis. The drive bush is slidably fit on the guide portion. The drive bush is movable along the second axis of the slide key or the guide portion to a smaller extent in one direction by which the eccentricity between the longitudinal axis of the drive shaft and the longitudinal axis of the drive bush is increased, and to a greater extent in the other direction by which the eccentricity is decreased.

    摘要: A scroll type compressor includes a housing defining a discharge pressure region, a fixed scroll member having a fixed base plate and a fixed scroll wall, a movable scroll member having a movable base plate and a movable scroll wall, a fixed wall slidably supporting the movable scroll member, a back pressure chamber defined on a back surface side of the movable base plate. A supply passage connects the back pressure chamber to the discharge pressure region and passes through a sliding portion between the movable scroll member and the fixed wall. A clearance at the sliding portion varies in response to a position of the movable scroll member in a direction in which the movable scroll member approaches to or leaves from the fixed wall, whereby cross-sectional area of the clearance where gas passes is varied to adjust pressure in the back pressure chamber.
