    Abstract: A three-dimensional head portrait generating method executes on an electronic device. The three-dimensional head portrait generating method establishes a three-dimensional head portrait model with a plurality of feature points according to front face information, wherein feature points form a plurality of first grids on the three-dimensional head portrait model; maps a first part of the feature points of the three-dimensional head portrait model to a left face image to form a plurality of second grids on the left face image; maps a second part of the feature points of the three-dimensional head portrait model to a right face image to form a plurality of third grids on the right face image; and superimposes the left face image and the right face image onto the three-dimensional head portrait model according to a correspondence among the first grids, the second grids and the third grids, to generate a three-dimensional head portrait.

    Abstract: A battery protection charging method and a charging system thereof are provided. The battery protection charging method includes obtaining an operation parameter of a battery. When a first protection condition is satisfied, a charging voltage of the battery is reduced to a first voltage.     Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a first UE (User Equipment) in RRC_CONNECTED to detect configuration failure. In one embodiment, the method includes the first UE transmitting a first PC5 RRC (Radio Resource Control) message to a second UE, wherein the first PC5 RRC message includes an AS (Access Stratum)-layer configuration for a unicast link established with the second UE. The method also includes the first UE transmitting a fourth RRC message to a network node if a configuration failure of the AS-layer configuration is detected, wherein the fourth RRC message indicates the configuration failure occurs.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed. In an example from the perspective of a User Equipment (UE), a configuration for monitoring downlink control information (DCI) indicative of a slot format may be received. In some examples, the configuration indicates the UE to monitor a first DCI in a first monitoring occasion associated with a slot and to monitor a second DCI in a second monitoring occasion. The first DCI is indicative of the slot format. Configured transmission and/or configured reception may be performed on one or more symbols when the first DCI is not received in the first monitoring occasion, the second DCI is received in the second monitoring occasion and the second DCI is indicative of the slot format for the slot. The one or more symbols are configured as flexible by a Radio Resource Control (RRC) configuration. The one or more symbols are in the slot.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of an User Equipment (UE). In one embodiment, the method includes the UE deriving a first pathloss value from a first pathloss reference of a serving cell, wherein the first pathloss value is used for deriving a power headroom value included in a first power headroom report. The method also includes the UE deriving a second pathloss value from a second pathloss reference of the serving cell after deriving the first pathloss value, wherein the second pathloss reference is used for power control for a first Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) transmission on the serving cell. The method further includes the UE deriving the pathloss change based on the first pathloss value and the second pathloss value. In addition, the method includes the UE determining whether a second power headroom report is triggered based on whether the pathloss change is more than a threshold.

    Abstract: An electronic device and an operation method of parameter selection are provided. According to the method, a first parameter adjustment interface is displayed on a touch display. The first parameter adjustment interface includes an inner circular area and a surrounding area surrounding the inner circular area. The surrounding area closest to the touched first position corresponds to a first parameter value. When the object slides from the first position to a second position of the peripheral region, the touch display is switched to a second parameter adjustment interface The selected area of the second parameter adjustment interface displays the first parameter value. When the object slides from the second position to a third position along the peripheral region, the selected area is switched to display a second parameter value corresponding to the third position.
