    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed. In an example from the perspective of a first device, the first device determines a second sidelink resource in a first sidelink slot in a carrier and/or a cell, wherein the first device has a configuration of a first sidelink resource pool in the carrier and/or the cell. The first device performs a procedure to select a first sidelink resource in the first sidelink resource pool, wherein the first sidelink resource is selected from among candidate sidelink resources, of the first sidelink resource pool, that are not in the first sidelink slot. The first device performs a first sidelink transmission on the first sidelink resource.

The method includes the device being in RRC (Radio Resource Control)-connected mode in Uu link. The method also includes the device being configured to use at least DL (Downlink) pathloss for sidelink power control. The method further includes the device deriving a first DL pathloss value for determining an uplink transmit power of one specific kind of uplink transmission.     Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a first User Equipment (UE). In one embodiment, the method includes the first UE being configured or pre-configured with a sidelink resource pool for sidelink transmission. The method also includes the first UE being triggered to select resources for a TB (Transport Block). The method further includes the first UE selecting a first resource for transmission of the TB. In addition, the method includes the first UE selecting a second resource for HARQ-ACK (Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request-Acknowledgement) based retransmission of the TB, wherein the second resource is later than the first resource, and a time gap between the first resource and the second resource is larger than or equal to a first time duration. Furthermore, the method includes the first UE transmitting a SCI (Sidelink Control Information) and the TB on the first resource in a slot to a second UE, wherein the SCI indicates the first resource and the second resource.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a first device, wherein the first device is configured with a sidelink resource pool comprising a frequency region of sidelink data transmission and multiple frequency regions of sidelink feedback transmission, wherein the multiple frequency regions of sidelink feedback transmission in one TTI (Transmission Time Interval) are separately associated with the one frequency region of sidelink data transmission in multiple TTIs, and wherein the multiple frequency regions of sidelink feedback transmission in the one TTI are non-overlapped with each other in frequency domain and fully overlapped in time domain. In one embodiment, the method includes the first device receiving a sidelink data transmission from a second device within the frequency region of sidelink data transmission in a first TTI. The method further includes the first device generating a feedback information associated with the sidelink data transmission. The method also includes the first device determining or deriving a sidelink feedback resource within one frequency region of sidelink feedback transmission among the multiple frequency regions of sidelink feedback transmission, wherein the one frequency region of sidelink feedback transmission is determined or derived based on association with the first TTI. In addition, the method includes the first device performing a sidelink feedback transmission for delivering the feedback information to the second device on the sidelink feedback resource.

In one embodiment, the method includes the network node transmitting a first slot format information (SFI) to a User Equipment (UE), wherein the first SFI indicates transmitted direction of symbols of a first set of slots. The method also includes the network node transmitting a second SFI carried by a group common physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) to the UE, wherein the second SFI indicates transmitted direction of symbols of a second set of slots, and wherein if the first set of slots and the second set of slots are partially overlapped in time domain and the second SFI is transmitted after the first SFI, transmitted direction of overlapped symbols indicated by the second SFI is aligned with transmitted direction of the overlapped symbols indicated by the first SFI.
