Abstract: Arrangements involving a multi-tenant network management system are presented. A first virtual wireless network can be operated as part of a wireless network. The first virtual wireless network can be mapped to a first set of operating level-of-service parameters. A second virtual wireless network can also be operated as part of the wireless network on behalf of a third entity. The second virtual wireless network can be mapped to a second set of level-of-service operating parameters. A traffic monitoring system may be present that monitors and compiles traffic-related statistics for the first virtual wireless network and the second virtual wireless network separately. A virtual network management system can use a machine learning arrangement to determine how to modify properties of the first virtual wireless network to satisfy the first set of level-of-service operating parameters.

Abstract: Various arrangements for compensating for Doppler shift on a non-terrestrial orthogonal frequency division multiplex (OFDM) network are presented. An absolute location of the UE instance may be determined. A relative velocity of the UE instance with respect to a satellite of the non-terrestrial OFDM network may be determined. A frequency delta due to Doppler shift may be determined. A transmission frequency at which an uplink OFDM symbol is to be transmitted to the satellite of the non-terrestrial OFDM network may be determined using the frequency delta.

Abstract: Various arrangements for using different air interfaces on adjacent frequency channels for side-link communications are presented. A first side-link channel may be split into a first bandwidth portion and the second bandwidth portion, in which the first bandwidth portion of the first side-link channel is directly adjacent to the second side-link channel. A first subcarrier spacing may be assigned to the first bandwidth portion of the first side-link channel. The second side-link channel may also use the first subcarrier spacing. A second subcarrier spacing may be assigned to the second bandwidth portion of the first side-link channel that differs from the first subcarrier spacing.

Abstract: Various arrangements for using multiple air interfaces on a frequency channel for side-link communications are presented. A first indication of a first time-window of a first resource pool may be transmitted by a first air interface system. A second indication of a second time-window of a second resource pool may be transmitted by a second air interface system. Side-link communications may be performed using the first air interface during only the first time-window of the first resource pool. Side-link communications may be performed using the second air interface during only the second time-window of the second resource pool.

Abstract: Various arrangements for performing dynamic resource blanking on a cellular network are presented herein. Based on orbital data for a satellite, a cellular network can determine user equipment (UE) conducting an active call using a particular frequency band at a base station. For each of the UE a handover can be performed of on-going calls to a different frequency band. Following completion of the handovers, use of the frequency band at the base station can be temporarily disabled.

Abstract: An apparatus comprises a memory and a processor communicatively coupled to one another. The memory may be configured to store one or more directories comprising access to multiple tenant profiles and one or more network access commands configured to provide access to one or more entitlements. Each tenant profile of the tenant profiles are associated with one or more services. The processor may be configured to receive a request to access at least one service. The request comprises an application function identifier (AFID) comprising a tenant ID that references a tenant profile of the tenant profiles, a department ID that references multiple entitlements associated with the tenant profile, and an API ID that references a service associated with the entitlements. Further, the processor may be configured to generate a report comprising multiple network access commands configured to enable access to the service in accordance with the entitlements.
