Abstract: A method and apparatus for reporting data transmission procedure failure for network optimization in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device performs the data transmissions to a network in idle state and/or inactive state. A wireless device detects failures of the data transmissions. A wireless device logs information related to each of the failures and counts a number of the failures, while the logging validity timer is running. A wireless device establishes or resumes a connection with the network based on that the counted number is equal to or bigger than a threshold value.

Abstract: Provided is a method for receiving, by a terminal, a single-cell point-to-multipoint (SCPTM) service in a wireless communication system. The terminal receives a list of available SCPTM services from a serving cell, the list of available SCPTM services including SCPTM-RNTIs corresponding to the available SCPTM services. The terminal may store a SCPTM-RNTI corresponding to an interested SCPTM service among the received list of available SCPTM services and may receive the interested SCPTM service using the stored SCPTM-RNTI corresponding to the interested SCPTM service. Further, provided is a method for interrupting, by a terminal, reception of a SCPTM service in a wireless communication system. The terminal may determine whether or not to interrupt the reception of the SCPTM service from a serving cell, and when determining to interrupt the reception of the SCPTM service, may release the SCPTM-RNTI corresponding to the SCPTM service.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for deprioritizing access on an unlicensed band based on user equipment (UE) preference in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device attempts to access a cell on an unlicensed frequency and starts a timer. When the timer expires, if the wireless device is a licensed preferred wireless device, the wireless device deprioritizes the unlicensed frequency. If the wireless device is an unlicensed preferred wireless device, the wireless device deprioritizes only the cell. The wireless device performs a cell reselection according to the de-prioritization.

The conditional mobility configuration includes a threshold for the congestion level. The wireless device performs a mobility towards one target cell among the multiple target cells based on a result of the congestion level measurement and the threshold for the congestion level.
