    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a power class change reporting configuration. The UE may transmit one or more medium access control (MAC) control element (MAC-CE) communications, wherein at least one of the one or more MAC-CE communications indicates a power class change or a change in one or more uplink capability parameters and wherein at least one of the one or more MAC-CE communications indicates one or more uplink full power transmission (ULFPTx) parameters or one or more ULFPTx modes.     Abstract: A base station and a user equipment (UE) may perform a dynamic waveform switching for physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmissions. The base station may send a configuration for dedicated waveform switching associated with the PUSCH transmissions, and transmit, to the UE, an indication of a first waveform for transmitting the PUSCH, the indication being independent of the bandwidth part (BWP) configuration for the PUSCH. Based on the configuration for the dedicated waveform switching associated with the PUSCH transmissions and the indication of the first waveform for the PUSCH transmission, the UE may transmit the PUSCH, at least one PUSCH repetition, and at least one retransmission of the PUSCH, and the base station may receive the PUSCH, at least one PUSCH repetition, and at least one retransmission of the PUSCH.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. For example, a network entity may transmit, and a user equipment (UE) may receive, for generation of a demodulation reference signal sequence corresponding to a resource block allocation, control signaling indicative of a selection of a root number and a prime number. The prime number is one of two or more prime numbers used to generate a set of demodulation reference signal sequences for the resource block allocation. The UE may generate, using the prime number and the root number as input into a sequence generation function, the demodulation reference signal sequence of the set of demodulation reference signal sequences corresponding to the resource block allocation and transmit a physical uplink shared channel transmission including the demodulation reference signal sequence.

    Abstract: Methods, computer program products, and apparatuses for adaptive PDSCH and DMRS pattern are provided. An example method may include receiving, from a UE, a frequency shift estimate including one or more frequency offsets, each of the one or more frequency offsets corresponding to each of one or more TRPs. The example method may further include selecting at least one DMRS pattern of a plurality of DMRS patterns based on the frequency shift estimate, the at least one DMRS pattern including a plurality of DMRS symbols, the at least one DMRS pattern associated with at least one frame structure including a plurality of slots in a subframe.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may adjust resources (e.g., time resources, frequency resources) used to transmit repetitions of uplink control information (UCI) over a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH). The UE may adjust two parameters corresponding to different scales (e.g., levels) of adjustment, where a first parameter corresponds to a number of repetitions of a PUCCH resource and a second parameter corresponds to a number of slots within each PUCCH repetition. The UE may adjust the resources based on the first parameter, the second parameter, a size of UCI, a maximum coding rate, or some combination thereof, such that the PUCCH resources carrying UCI satisfy the maximum code rate and UCI size.
