    摘要: Climbing equipment for the construction of a building, including a scaffold that at least partially surrounds the perimeter of a building floor and is provided with a walkable surface. The climbing equipment includes a traction device comprising a first portion integral with the scaffold, and a second portion connected to the first portion. The first portion includes a first coupling element adapted to grip a first coupling portion of the building, and the second portion includes a second coupling element, arranged at a different level than the first coupling element, and adapted to grip a second coupling portion of the building. The climbing equipment further comprises a moving system. When the first coupling element is released from the respective coupling portion, the moving system performs a relative movement between the first portion and said second portion of the traction device, so as to move the scaffold by a predetermined amount.

    摘要: A forming system includes a frame and two forming walls. The two forming walls are positioned at a distance from each other to define a first vertical wall course. One forming wall is supported by the frame such that the one forming wall can be translated toward or away from the respective other forming wall. The frame can be raised to raise the two forming walls to be positioned to pour a second vertical course on top of the first vertical course. The translation of the one forming wall allows for the pouring of the first vertical course with horizontally extending rebar that extends through the one forming wall outside of the first vertical wall course, to tie in to a subsequently poured floor slab. The translation permits the vertical raising of the one forming wall, without striking the extending rebar, to pour the second vertical course on the first vertical course. A worker's platform is provided that is supported by the frame and vertically movable by raising the frame. The worker's platform is located below the one forming wall on a side of the one forming wall opposite the respective other forming wall and is retractable to also clear the extending rebar during raising of the frame.

    摘要: A jump form system provided variously with an integral jump shoe lock mechanism, a reversible gang form shear platform, and a pinion lock mechanism for a roll back carriage. The jump shoe lock mechanism includes a lever pivotably mounted to the jump form system frame above a jump shoe bearing portion of a connecting member, a sleeve mounted to the jump form system frame below the jump shoe bearing portion of the connecting member, and a sleeve-mounted safety pin that is mechanically linked to the lever for engagement and disengagement with a jump shoe. The pinion lock mechanism includes a rack and pinion provided on inner and outer portions of a telescoping carriage assembly, respectively, and a lock arm pivotably mounted to the outer portion adjacent to the pinion, with the rack, pinion, and lock arm including complementary teeth which are locked into place upon pivoting engagement of the locking arm.

    摘要: A method is proposed for constructing multi-story concrete structures using a rail-guided self-climbing formwork system. A climbing rail is thereby displaced in a vertical direction within lower and upper climbing shoes and a lower extension piece is positioned to extend vertically in a downward direction below a lower end of the climbing rail. The lower extension piece has a length which is less than the length of the climbing rail. The climbing rail is then displaced in the vertical direction until the lower extension piece is captured within the lower climbing shoe. The method simplifies construction of the lower stories of concrete structures.

    摘要: The invention also contemplates a retractable corner mechanism for the inside corner of the concrete form. The mechanism comprises an elongated corner member having first and second perpendicular faces joined along a first edge of each face to form a corner and having form attaching means along a second edge. A concrete form has an end attached to each of the second edges. Means are provided for sliding the forms relative to the corner member and means is provided for retracting and extending the forms to cause the corner member to be retracted and extended. The forms can be made of plywood or metal and the use of steel is contemplated for the corner members. The retracting and extending means can include an externally threaded rod pivotally connected adjacent the end of one of the concrete forms and an internally threaded member pivotally connected adjacent the end of the other of the concrete forms and treadably received on the rod. Means is provided for rotating the threaded member on the rod to retract or extend the concrete forms.

    摘要: Climbing forms for stepwise erection of concrete walls have a platform which is supported by a frame having elongated carriers extending at right angles to the outer side of the wall to be erected and being removably suspended on anchors which are embedded in the wall. The platform supports a pair of parallel guide rails for a form member which carries the boarding of the climbing forms. The rails guide the carriages of the form member so that the boarding can be moved between an advanced position in which it is adjacent to the cavity into which concrete is to be poured and a retracted position in which the wall and the boarding define a passageway which is accessible to workmen on the platform so that the workmen can clean and/or otherwise treat that side of the boarding which faces the wall. The guide rails are mounted in such a way that the platform need not be provided with uncovered slots, gaps, cutouts or other types of openings which would endanger the occupants of the platform or would permit objects to drop from the platform and thus endanger the persons or equipment below the climbing forms.
