    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a substrate including a display area including a plurality of pixels disposed along a first direction and a second direction intersecting with the first direction, a gate driving circuit disposed at each of a plurality of horizontal lines of the display area, the gate driving circuit including a plurality of stage circuit units for supplying a scan signal to the plurality of pixels, a plurality of gate control lines connected to the plurality of stage circuit units disposed at the display area, a plurality of dummy lines disposed respectively adjacent to the plurality of gate control lines, and a plurality of carry signal lines connected between the plurality of stage circuit units disposed at the display area, each of the plurality of carry signal lines may comprise a plurality of line patterns disposed at different layers.

    Abstract: The display device may include a display panel and a frame diposed on a rear surface of the display panel. The display device also includes a plurality of binders fixed to the rear surface of the display panel and disposed between the display panel and the frame, and a plurality of coupling members penetrating through the frame and coupled to the plurality of binders. Therefore, the flatness of the display panel attached to the plurality of binders may be improved by adjusting the locations of the frame and the plurality of binders. Also, the display panel and the frame may be easily attached and detached using the plurality of binders and the plurality of coupling members.

    Abstract: A display apparatus having a light-emitting device and a touch electrode is provided. An optical pattern may be disposed on the light-emitting device. A side of the optical pattern may be sloped. A surface of the optical pattern opposite to the light-emitting device may be covered by an intermediate insulating layer. The intermediate insulating layer may be harder than the optical pattern. The touch electrode may overlap the side of the optical pattern. Thus, in the display apparatus, the surface defect of the optical pattern in the forming process of the touch electrode may be prevented. Therefore, in the display apparatus, the frontal luminance and the image quality may be improved.

    Abstract: Discussed is a GIP-type display device having a bridge line that connects two neighboring divided capacitors with each other in a capacitor area such that leakage does not occur in the capacitor area in a non-display area when supplying a scan signal or a sensing signal to a thin-film transistor. Further, a method for manufacturing the same is discussed. To this end, a light-blocking film is disposed on a substrate, a buffer and gate insulating film is disposed on the light-blocking film, a gate metal film is disposed on the buffer and gate insulating film, an interlayer insulating film is disposed on the gate metal film, and a source and drain metal film is disposed on the interlayer insulating film, and the source and drain metal film forms the bridge line connecting the two neighboring divided capacitors with each other.

    Abstract: A display device includes a light emitting diode LED element having a horizontal length in an X-axis direction and a vertical length in a Y-axis direction, a driving element connected to the LED element, and a reflective functional layer positioned to overlap an upper portion or a lower portion of the LED element, wherein the reflective functional layer includes a central area overlapping the LED element, an outer area including a graduation smaller than the horizontal length or the vertical length of the LED element, and a peripheral area between the central area and the outer area. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce a contact defect of the light emitting diode and the driving element by checking a position where the light emitting diode is attached on a substrate and a degree of misalignment.
