Abstract: According to the present specification, a method for transmitting an uplink signal through a PUR in a wireless communication system comprises: receiving, and in a radio resource control (RRC) connected state, PUR configuration information for uplink signal transmission based on the PUR; transitioning from the RRC connected state to an RRC idle state; receiving, on a first resource of the PUR, a first (DCI) including first PUR update information for updating PUR configuration; and transmitting a first uplink signal on a second resource of the PUR on the basis of whether or not the first DCI has been received, wherein when the terminal successfully receives the first DCI, the first uplink signal is transmitted after the PUR configuration based on the first PUR update information is applied thereto irrespective of the presence or absence of data for uplink transmission on the second resource.
