    Abstract: An organic light emitting display panel and manufacturing method thereof and a display device, which can reduce the critical dimension bias of the pixel defining layer and improve the display uniformity is disclosed. The organic light emitting display panel includes a pixel defining layer, which is provided with a plurality of light emitting material filling areas, a metal layer provided on the pixel defining layer; the metal layer is provided with openings corresponding to the light emitting material filling areas respectively. The display effect of the organic light emitting display device is thereby improved.

    Abstract: The invention provides a pixel structure, a transparent touch display screen and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The transparent touch display screen includes a plurality of rows and columns of pixel structures arranged in an array, and each pixel structure includes a display region provided with an organic electroluminescent device and a transparent region provided side by side with the display region. A first and a second touch capacitor electrodes made of a transparent conductive material are respectively provided in every two adjacent transparent regions in the same row, every two adjacent first touch capacitor electrodes in the same row are electrically connected with each other by a first connection line extending in the row direction, every two adjacent second touch capacitor electrodes in the same column are electrically connected with each other by a second connection line passing through the display region in the column direction.

    Abstract: A pixel structure and a manufacturing method thereof, an array substrate and a display device are disclosed, which relate to display technology and solve the problem of low light extraction rate of the existing array substrate. The pixel structure comprises a display area and a transparent area, and further comprises a pixel circuit which includes an organic electroluminescence device and at least one storage capacitor. The organic electroluminescence device is arranged in the display area and the at least one storage capacitor is arranged in the transparent area. A first polar plate and a second polar plate of the respective storage capacitors are both made of a transparent conductive material, and the first and second polar plates are electrically isolated by at least a dielectric layer.

    Abstract: An OLED display substrate, a touch display panel and a display device are provided. The OLED display substrate has a base substrate and a display region, the display region includes: a plurality of first sub-regions arranged at intervals and second sub-regions located between the first sub-regions; at least one OLED light-emitting unit located in the first sub-regions; a plurality of optical sensing units located in the second sub-regions, and first drive electrode lines and first transmission electrode lines connected with the optical sensing units and intersecting with each other; wherein, the optical sensing unit includes a photosensitive sensor, and the photosensitive sensor is configured to generate an electric signal according to a light intensity change of a sensed touch point; and the first drive electrode line and the first transmission electrode line are configured to provide the electric signal to determine a position of the touch point.
