Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) for multiple beam transmissions. In an example, a first CSI-RS triggering state of one or more CSI-RS triggering states indicates a CSI-RS resource set and associated transmission configuration indication (TCI) states. The CSI-RS resource set includes a plurality of CSI-RS resources. Each CSI-RS resource of the plurality of CSI-RS resources is associated with one or more corresponding TCI states as indicated by the first CSI-RS triggering state. A first CSI-RS resource of the plurality of CSI-RS resources is associated with a first plurality of TCI states as indicated by the first CSI-RS triggering state.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, an indication of a time domain resource allocation (TDRA), in a unit of a time domain resource block (RB) or in a unit of a time domain RB group, for a communication that is to use a time domain waveform. The unit of the time domain RB or the unit of the time domain RB group may be a sub-symbol unit. The UE may communicate with the base station, using the time domain waveform, based at least in part on the TDRA for the communication. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Resource selection for communication of uplink control information may include determining cyclic shift ramping for resource block (RB) sets. A user equipment UE) may use one or more RB sets for transmitting uplink control information on a shared radio frequency spectrum such as an unlicensed band. In some examples, the UE may transmit uplink control information to a base station (BS) via consecutive RB sets. To this end, the BS may schedule consecutive RB sets for an uplink transmission by the wireless communication device and monitor each of these RB sets for uplink control information.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) transmits, to a base station, an indication of a capability for physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring. The UE receives, from the base station, a configuration of a plurality of search space set groups based on the capability. The apparatus then monitors PDCCH candidates for a PDCCH from the base station based on a search space set group and the configuration. A base station receives, from a UE, an indication of a capability for PDCCH monitoring and transmits, to the UE, a configuration of a plurality of search space set groups based on the capability. The apparatus transmits a PDCCH to the UE based on the search space set group and the configuration associated with the search space set group.

The wireless communication device determines a direct current (DC) location based on at least one of the CA configuration or the BWP configuration. The wireless communication device transmits, to the base station, a report based on the determined DC location. The wireless communication device communicates, with the base station, a phase tracking reference signal (PTRS) configured based on the report.
