    Abstract: A method of receiving a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system includes receiving first information about a PDSCH time-domain resource assignment table including a plurality of candidate PDSCH time-domain resource assignment information, receiving second information about a minimum offset value for an interval between a slot in which a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) is received and a slot to which a PDSCH is allocated, and receiving the PDSCH based on candidate PDSCH time-domain resource assignment information including an offset value equal to or larger than the minimum offset value among the candidate PDSCH time-domain resource assignment information. The PDSCH is received based on one of the candidate PDSCH time-domain resource assignment information irrespective of the minimum offset value, based on a PDCCH for scheduling the PDSCH, being related to system information (SI), a random access response (RAR), or paging.

    Abstract: A method for measuring and reporting a beam by means of a terminal in a wireless communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise the steps of: measuring a plurality of transmission beams for a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) via at least one reception beam; determining at least one transmission beam to be reported to a base station, according to a result of measuring the plurality of transmission beams; and transmitting, to the base station, a measurement report including information relating to the determined at least one transmission beam, wherein the terminal identifies a reception beam applied to each of the determined at least one transmission beam, and reports an index of a synchronization signal block available through the identified reception beam, to the base station via the measurement report. The terminal is capable of communicating with at least one of another terminal, a terminal related to an autonomous driving vehicle, the base station or a network.

    Abstract: A method for receiving a signal by a terminal in a wireless communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention can comprise a step for determining REGs, which are to be assumed that the same precoding is used, among REGs comprised in a control resource set on the basis of information relating to precoder granularity, and thus monitoring a control channel candidate. Particularly, if a part of resource blocks overlaps another resource region and particular resource blocks in the resource blocks are no longer contiguous due to the overlapping, the terminal can comprise an assumption that the same precoding is used with respect to the REGs comprised in the particular resource blocks even if the information relating to the precoder granularity corresponds to first configuration.

    Abstract: A method of transmitting a device-to-device (D2D) synchronization signal (SS) in a wireless communication system, includes transmitting to a first D2D user equipment (UE), by a second D2D UE, a primary D2D SS including ID information, the ID information informing whether the second D2D UE is an in-coverage UE or an out-of-coverage UE; and transmitting to the first D2D UE, by the second UE, a secondary D2D SS based on the primary D2D SS, wherein the primary D2D SS is transmitted on a same subframe as the secondary D2D SS and a physical sidelink broadcast channel (PSBCH), and wherein a transient period is included in a transmission region of the secondary D2D SS.
