摘要： A hydraulic system for a machine is disclosed. The hydraulic system includes a hydraulic tank configured to store a liquid therein. The hydraulic system also includes a first conduit, a venturi, a fluid conduit and a second conduit. The first conduit is in fluid communication with the hydraulic tank and configured to receive the liquid from the hydraulic tank. The venturi is in fluid communication with the first conduit and configured to reduce a pressure of the liquid flowing therethrough. The fluid conduit is in fluid communication with the venturi and configured to supply a gaseous fluid into the venturi. The second conduit is in fluid communication with the venturi and configured to supply a mixture of the liquid and the gaseous fluid into the hydraulic tank in order to increase a pressure of the liquid in the hydraulic tank.

The center pintle hub includes a disc, a hole, a plurality of protrusions, a hollow cylindrical member, and a plurality of stiffening members. The disc couples to the base and includes a first surface and a second surface. The hole extends from the first surface to the second surface, along a central axis of the disc. The plurality of protrusions, disposed on the second surface, is arranged in an array of square configuration. The plurality of protrusions extends from the second surface and attach to a plurality of stiffeners of the base. The hollow cylindrical member is coupled to the first surface and arranged coaxially with the hole of the disc. The plurality of stiffening members is circumferentially disposed and equally spaced around the hollow cylindrical member.

摘要： The present disclosure is directed to a diaphragm air seal providing a seal between a cylindrical housing, such as an axle box, and a cylindrical body, such as a traction motor, disposed within the cylindrical housing. The diaphragm air seal may include a first flange having a first sealing surface sealingly engaging the cylindrical housing, a second flange having a second sealing surface sealingly engaging the traction motor, and an air seal body extending between the flanges. The air seal body may be formed from an elastomeric material and have an S-shaped transverse cross-section. An assembly may include the diaphragm air seal and may further include an air seal weldment having a radial weldment flange and an axial weldment flange extending axially outwardly from the radial weldment flange so that the first flange of the diaphragm air seal may be disposed on and sealingly engaging the radial weldment flange.

摘要： A system for lubricating a pivot joint including a first bushing and a second bushing and a pin disposed coaxially within a cylinder clevis, the pin having a first groove and a second groove on a first side, and third grooves on a second side and a bore along a length of the pin from first side to the second side. The first groove is used for mounting a seal. The second groove and the third grooves provide transmission of a lubricant to the first bushing and the second bushing respectively. A first cover plate and a second cover plate are fastened to the cylinder clevis using a plurality of fasteners. The first cover plate includes a first port and a second port for providing the lubricant to the first bushing and the second bushing respectively. A spring is provided between the second cover plate and the pin.

摘要： A mast head assembly for a dragline comprises an elongated body for connecting to a mast of a dragline. The elongated body includes side plates on opposite sides of the body. The side plates have suspension lugs and chord and lacing stubs for attaching cables from the mast head to the boom of a dragline. At least one of the cord stubs is located above and to the rear of a first chord stub. The chord and lacing stubs are positioned on the side plates so that the maximum stress in the mast head assembly is where the chord stub connects to the original chord. The highest remaining stress is located at the point where the upper/rear chord stub connects to the original chord.

A first link end of a first track shoe is configured to pivotally couple with a second link end of a second track shoe, and a second link end of a first track shoe is configured to pivotally couple with a first link end of a third track shoe. The track may also include a pin removal system configured to dislodge the pin from the track.
