摘要： A pull tower for pulling upon a chain and correcting damaged portions of a vehicle includes a combination chain height adjustment and pulley mechanism which is positioned on the tower and with a collar having opposite side plates facing opposite side surfaces of the tower. A front end of the mechanism includes a pulley over which a chain is trained and a front crossbar extending between the side plates and adjacent the tower front surface. The mechanism has a rear end including a rear crossbar spaced from the front crossbar to loosely straddle the tower and a U-shaped spring which extends between the rear crossbar and lugs which extend from the tower rear surface to urge the rear crossbar away from the tower. The mechanism provides an angled, wedging fit of the chain height adjustment and a pulley mechanism on the tower at selected higher locations. Preferably, the tower is mounted to a carriage movably positionable about a work rack, although it can be floor mounted if desired.

摘要： A portable work station suitable for use in a vehicle spray paint booth, the station includes a platform member supported on each end by an open frame end support member. The end members pivot about the end of the platform and can be adjusted so as to change the height of the platform above the work surface. A leg of each end support member is wedged between pin, a stop stud fixed to the end of the platform and a locking pin is pivoted into engagement with the leg to prevent walking motion of the work station while in use. The work station can be provided with a railing along the platform edge, a tool hanger, and can be provided with an air supply stanchion to facilitate the spray paint operation.

摘要： The crane having a generally trapezoidal frame with a caster wheel at each corner. A mast is mounted on the front of the frame with a brace between each rear corner and top of the mast. Spring loaded pins are used for these connections. A lifting ram is pivotally connected to the mast and to a telescopic boom pivoted on the mast. The frame has a socket on each side and a telescopic leg including inner and outer tubes is mounted in each socket. A spring loaded pin fixes the tubes relative to each other. The end of each leg has a wheel. Each leg can pivot relative to its sleeve to enable raising the leg to position the distal end near the mast. The legs can be disconnected from the sleeves and a locking device prevents removal of the legs.

A ramp leads to the rear treadway so that the repairman can drive a vehicle onto the treadway surface, elevate the vehicle, if necessary, by portable jacks and secure the vehicle atop the support stands. Thereafter, the treadways may be removed for clear access to the underside of the vehicle to facilitate repair.

The pump forces caustic washing solution through the filtration bag, to provide for removal of oil and grease from the washing solution, and also pumps washing solution into the tank of the jet washer to thereby cause flow of washing solution between the tank of the jet washer and the filtration tank.

During this engagement, portions of the wheel lift device extend parallel to and on opposite sides of the wheel to lift the wheel and vehicle from a position where the vehicle is standing on a floor. A vehicle supported by the subject wheel lift devices in engagement with each wheel is readily adjusted for wheel alignment.
