Abstract:
The invention relates to a self-locking screwing attachment device (1a, 1b) including a nut (2a, 2b) screwed onto a threaded tip (3a, 3b) extending in a screwing axis (X), characterized in that the nut (2a, 2b) includes: a first element (6a, 6b) rotating relative to the tip (3a, 3b) when screwing; a second element (13a, 13b) rotatably engaged with the tip (3b) or an adjacent part (5) to be assembled, the tip (3a) passing therethrough; a stop member (23a, 23b) rotatably secured to the first element (6a, 6b); a releasable coupling means (26a, 26b, 27a, 27b, 28a, 28b) between the stop member (23a, 23b) and the second element (13a, 13b), the nut also being provided with an area for direct clamping between a first clamping surface (20a, 20b) of the first element (6a, 6b) and a second clamping surface (21a, 21b) of the second element (13a, 13b), when the second element (13a, 13b) axially engages with the tip (3a, 3b) or said adjacent part (5) to be assembled.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a shut-off device comprising a plug intended to be placed over a threaded orifice of a casing, or to be removed therefrom, by screwing and unscrewing respectively, the plug comprising a central body bearing a screw thread, and locking and unlocking means that oppose the spontaneous unscrewing of the plug and that are activated automatically by the turning of the plug and its corresponding progression in the direction of screwing along a longitudinal axis. The locking and unlocking means comprise two releaseable coupling members, of which a first member is coupled to and turns with the central body via a protective skirt and of which a second member can be prevented from turning with respect to the casing during screwing.
Abstract:
The device connects a first end fitting to a second end fitting, particularly of a pipe. A nut is provided with a threaded bore into which the first end fitting is screwed along a longitudinal axis. In the tightened position, the first end fitting is axially stressed relative to the second end fitting housed in the nut. Rotation-proofing means are provided between the nut and at least one of the first and second end fittings hereafter referred to as the locking end fitting. The rotation-proofing means consist of at least one strip arranged around the locking end fitting. The strip comprises at least one protrusion radially penetrating into at least one concavity.
Abstract:
A locking device (1) is fixed to a nut (4) and includes a coupling unit (42) insertable into a hexagonal configuration (11) of a spigot end (2) at a reduced axial distance being coupled by mutually interpenertratable gears (49, 51) with a stop unit (38) which axially sliding in a body (18) oppositely to a compression spring (36). The gears (49, 51) are symmetric and are insertable into each other with a predetermined elastic resistance by the action of compression or loosing torque. The device is embodied in one piece which is mounted by assembling with the nut without effecting the spigot ends (2, 3). The device is used for locking a coupling in a systematic manner and makes it possible to unlock it without any preliminary voluntary operation.
