    Abstract: A method for authenticating a user of a terminal equipment connected to a communication network, for access from this terminal equipment to a remote service hosted by a server equipment connected to the network. The method includes the following steps, implemented by the server: authenticating the user from credentials; in the event of successful user authentication, authenticating the client equipment from credentials stored in a first memory of the server in association with the user's credentials, including a command to render a first pattern, the command including parameters describing the first pattern and rendering the first pattern received from the client equipment, so-called reference pattern; deciding on authenticating the client equipment according to the evaluated score, a successful authentication being decided when the match score is greater than a predetermined threshold; and following the authentication decision, updating the credentials of the terminal equipment.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for digitally generating a hologram in a screen plane of a hologram display device, including: obtaining intensity and depth maps of the scene corresponding to user viewpoint; projecting the points of the intensity map on planes parallel to the screen plane in a reference frame of the screen, one plane associated with one depth value of between minimum and maximum values of the depth map, a point of the intensity map projected on the plane of the planes associated with the depth value of the point in the depth map; compensating for distortion by modifying the planes of the scene, a point of one plane, called image point of an object point by conjugation of the convergent lens, being replaced by the object point; from the modified planes, propagating a complex sampled light wave to the screen plane and summation of the propagated light waves.

    Abstract: A method is described for converting an input image into an output image, the output image including an output luminance component made of elements.     Abstract: Processing a request for delivery of data sent by a customer terminal to a remote server via a telecommunication network. The terminal accesses the network by at least two links of distinct access types. The data is encoded in a stream with a predetermined bit rate, which is cut into segments. Processing includes, for a segment of the stream: determining a sub-segment size based on the number of links and a size of the data stream to be delivered; calculating a partitioning of the segment into sub-segments according to the set size and a distribution of the sub-segments on the plurality of links, according to a scheduling of the sub-segments in the partitioning and a time constraint; and sending a plurality of sub-segment transmission requests to the server over the plurality of links, each request including an identifier of the segment and indexes of a sub-segment start and end.

    Abstract: A method for digitally generating a hologram plane from a three-dimensional scene, cut into a plurality of planes parallel to the hologram plane. The method includes for a current plane: counting a number of points of the non-zero amplitude scene; choosing a first or second technique for propagating a light wave emitted by the current plane as a function of a number of points of non-zero amplitude included in the current plane and with a preset threshold value, the first, point-based technique calculating the propagation of a sum of light waves emitted by point sources constituted by the points of the scene portion of a non-zero amplitude of the current plane on a following plane, and the second, field-based technique, globally calculating a light wave emitted by the scene portion situated in the current plane on a given plane; and processing the current plane according to the chosen propagation technique.

    Abstract: A method for transmitting a multi-carrier signal implementing an OQAM-type modulation, formed of a temporal succession of symbols including data elements modulating a carrier frequency of the signal. A carrier frequency modulated by one of the data elements is called a carrier, wherein a set of carriers is allocated to a transmitter unit. The method includes inserting a sequence of pilots specific to the transmitter unit at a given time into the multi-carrier signal on the allocated set of carriers.     Abstract: A method for detecting (DET) a signal in a communication system including a plurality of communication channels, from a plurality of noisy values respectively representative of the transmission through the communication channels, is provided. The propagation in the communication channels is characterized by at least one variable. The set of values that can be taken by the variable is divided into a plurality of ranges. The method includes receiving (E4) the signals respectively transmitted in the plurality of communication channels, and detecting (E20) a signal corresponding to a value of the variable lying within one of the plurality of ranges by comparing, with a predetermined threshold, a value taken by a correlator linked to the range in question and calculated as a function of the noisy values. A channel estimation method, a detection device, a channel estimation device and a computer program are also described.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method and a device for coding a sequence including first and second digital holograms representing respective scenes, the digital holograms being represented by a set of wavelets each defined by a multiplet of coordinates in multidimensional space. The first and second holograms are represented by first and second coefficients respectively associated with wavelets. The coding method includes the following steps: for each second coefficient, determining a remainder by a difference between the second coefficient concerned, associated with a first wavelet defined by a given multiplet, and the first coefficient) associated with a second wavelet defined by a multiplet having as its image the multiplet by a transform in the multidimenisonal space; coding the determined remainders. The transform is determined by analysis of variation between the first scene represented by the first digital hologram and the second scene represented by the second digital hologram.
