Abstract: In embodiments of the present invention improved capabilities are described for a virtualization environment adapted for development and deployment of at least one software workload, the virtualization environment having a metamodel framework that allows the association of a policy to the software workload upon development of the workload that is applied upon deployment of the software workload. This allows a developer to define a security zone and to apply at least one type of security policy with respect to the security zone including the type of security zone policy in the metamodel framework such that the type of security zone policy can be associated with the software workload upon development of the software workload, and if the type of security zone policy is associated with the software workload, automatically applying the security policy to the software workload when the software workload is deployed within the security zone.

Abstract: An accessory communication control protocol can facilitate faster and more secure transmission of status updates from an accessory to a controller (or network base station). An accessory can register with a controller, where the controller can provide some subscription and key generation information to the accessory. The accessory can detect changes to characteristics of the accessory and generate a broadcast notification that includes updates to the state of the characteristic. The broadcast notification can also include a counter, a device identifier, and a key. According to timing or rules, the accessory can transmit the broadcast notification to the controller without the need to establish a secure session with the controller.

Abstract: Methods and devices are provided to identify live broadcast content that are multiple identities. One method includes is based on-the-fly modification of the broadcast content during broadcast and includes receiving the content that already includes pre-existing identification information that is embedded in the content, embedding a number of additional watermarks into the content as the content is being transmitted for live broadcast, where the plurality of additional watermarks includes a new identification information for the content. Just at the embedding of the additional watermark is commented, the pre-existing identification information, the new identification information and a temporal relationship between the pre-existing and additional watermarks are transmitted to a remote database, which can be used to enable reception of information based on the pre-existing identification.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes receiving an interaction identifier by a processor and in response to an input entered by a user at a first user interface of a mobile device. The input is associated with a frame within a page displayed at the first user interface. The method further includes receiving interaction information and application deeplinking purchase information associated with the purchase identifier and determining a uniform resource identifier (URI) of a second user interface at the mobile device. The second user interface is different from the first user interface. The method includes sending a signal, based on the URI, to cause the second user interface to be rendered at the mobile device with the interaction information pre-populated to complete an interaction requested by the user.

Abstract: Provided are computer-implemented methods and systems for publishing an application to a web container. An example method for publishing an application to a web container may include establishing a channel of communication with a user device associated with an end user. The method may further include embedding a web container into a web portal associated with a plurality of applications. The method may include executing an application in a user session associated with the end user. The method may further include capturing images of a virtual screen associated with the application executed on the application server. After the capture, the method may continue with sending the images to the web container of the web portal running in a web browser of the user device. The web container may publish the images to the web browser to display the application as part of the web portal in the web browser.

Abstract: Secure, controlled, interactive virtual visitation for confinement institution inmates is provided using computing devices connected through a network by managing the scheduling of visitation sessions and use of shared visitation session resources, ensuring the identities of the inmate and the person with whom the inmate is to interact in the virtual visitation session, and by monitoring the interactions and communications during the virtual visitation sessions to detect prohibited activities. Another embodiment of the invention uses a virtual desktop shared from a remote server to ensure that an inmate does not have access to prohibited applications or content during a virtual visitation session.

Abstract: A first request to create a folder to organize data files that are to be stored at a third-party storage server is received at an application server and from a user device. Responsive to receiving the first request to create the folder, a second request indicating that the folder is to be created at the third-party storage server is sent by the application server and to the third-party storage server. An indication that the folder has been created at the third-party storage server is received from the third-party storage server. Responsive to receiving the indication that the folder has been created at the third-party storage server, an instance of the folder is generated by the application server.
