Abstract: A gas burner includes an injector holder fixable to the sheet metal of a cooking hob and provided on its base with an injector, a burner body associated with the injector holder and defining with the sheet metal a circumferential passage for the entry of primary air intended to form the combustion mixture with the gas leaving the injector, at least one cover, formed from a single piece of drawn sheet metal, positioned on the burner body and defining therewith at least one radial venturi effect chamber, wherein the cover includes a circumferential flange provided with a plurality of elongated apertures of essentially vertical extension, for passage of the combustion mixture which generates a ring of main flames.

Abstract: A thermostat for gas-powered cooking appliances includes a body having an inlet conduit and an outlet conduit that respectively receive and supply a gas flow, and a chamber in fluid communication both with the inlet conduit, and also with the outlet conduit either directly, through a main opening formed at one end thereof, or indirectly, through a secondary conduit formed in the body of the thermostat, which reaches the outlet conduit bypassing the main opening. A valve that adjusts gas flow rate is coaxially fitted in the chamber and has a position that is controlled by an expandable member of a thermostatic bulb of the thermostat. The valve is axially deformable beyond a predefined load threshold and compensates for dilations of the expandable member under a normal operating condition, absorbing axial forces exerted by the thermostat knob when rotated to switch off a burner driven by the thermostat.

Abstract: A gas burner for cooking appliances includes a cup-shaped lower support structure to be applied in a position corresponding with an opening made in the sheet metal of a cooking hob, an injector of substantially horizontal axis, applied to a lateral wall of a first cavity provided in the support structure, a substantially horizontal venturi conduit coaxial with the injector and opening at its downstream end into a second cavity provided in the support structure, open upwards, and communicating fluidly with a distribution chamber for the combustion mixture to generate a flame ring, wherein the venturi conduit includes a tubular element separate from the support structure, housed to undergo free axial movement within a corresponding seat provided in the support structure and lockable in the desired axial position by a locking member accessible from above the support structure through the opening provided in the sheet metal of the cooking hob.

Abstract: A multi flame-ring gas burner for cooktops includes a lower burner body configured to receive at least two injectors facing Venturi ducts; a first burner base with a first cap and with openings for a central flame ring; and a second burner base with a second annular cap and openings for an outer annular flame ring.
