    Abstract: A columnar hydraulic tappet comprises a housing, in which a plunger is correspondingly mounted. A high-pressure chamber extends between a lower end surface of the plunger and a lower side of the housing. An outer ring groove is disposed on the outer diameter of the housing, an inner ring groove is disposed in the radial inner side of the housing, and housing oil feed holes are disposed between the inner ring groove and the outer ring groove. The lower end inside the housing is provided with a grinding wheel groove, an upper end wall of the inner ring groove of the housing is a first internal cylindrical wall, and a housing inner-wall between the lower end of the inner ring groove of the housing and the grinding wheel groove is a second internal cylindrical wall.

    Abstract: A high-pressure oil pump roller tappet, used for automobile fuel injection system, mounted between the driving cam and the tappet. The roller tappet includes a shell, a holder, a roller, and a pin. Planes A are arranged on both sides of the seam on lateral sides of the shell. Holes I are arranged at symmetrical positions on two planes A. Holes II are arranged on symmetrical positions on vertical plates. The roller is located in the middle of the pin. Welding has no requirement on the thickness of the plate. The weight can be controlled effectively, reducing inertia force, friction, and wear, improving engine efficiency. The shell and holder are designed as being separate, ensuring that the shell subjects to lateral force as little as possible when the holder subjects to a force, such that the shell is less likely to vibrate. Thus, the shell avoids the abrasion.

    Abstract: A column type hydraulic tappet includes a housing; a plunger correspondingly installed in the housing; and a high pressure chamber for a hydraulic medium formed between the bottom face of the plunger and the bottom of the housing and is sealed by a check valve opening toward the high pressure chamber. The housing includes an external circumferential groove on the outer diameter for passing the hydraulic medium and an inner circumferential groove on the inner diameter for passing the hydraulic medium. One or more housing oil holes are disposed between the outer circumferential groove and the inner circumferential groove. The plunger includes a sealed hemisphere head portion, a shaft portion and a body portion. An indent neck portion between the head and shaft portions of the plunger has a wall thickness 105%-120% of the wall thickness of the other portions of the plunger.
