    摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a sliding surface on a machine element, in particular a cam follower, wherein the machine element is first provided with a coating on at least part of the surface of the machine element, into which coating a surface structure is then introduced by laser structuring. In order to be able to introduce a surface structure that does not penetrate the coating even in the case of low layer thicknesses (s1) of the coating, the introduction of the surface structure is performed by laser interference structuring.

    摘要: A fuel injection pump includes a cam rotating with a camshaft, a tappet reciprocating in response to rotation of the cam, a cylinder, a plunger, and a thrust washer. The thrust washer is located between the cam and a casing housing the camshaft at both ends of the cam in an axial direction of the cam. The tappet includes a tappet body, a roller, a supporting member, and a contact surface formed at an outer peripheral part of the tappet. The thrust washer includes a rotation restricting part that protrudes toward the tappet over a maximum lift position. The rotation restricting part restricts rotation of the tappet relative to a center axis of the tappet body by being contact with the contact surface.

A high-pressure chamber extends between a lower end surface of the plunger and a lower side of the housing. An outer ring groove is disposed on the outer diameter of the housing, an inner ring groove is disposed in the radial inner side of the housing, and housing oil feed holes are disposed between the inner ring groove and the outer ring groove. The lower end inside the housing is provided with a grinding wheel groove, an upper end wall of the inner ring groove of the housing is a first internal cylindrical wall, and a housing inner-wall between the lower end of the inner ring groove of the housing and the grinding wheel groove is a second internal cylindrical wall.

The subassembly is intended to be implemented as a modular unit assembled outside of the hydraulic housing, wherein the guide bushing and the valve element are fastened to one another, and the piston is secured in a captive manner in the guide bushing.

A center section in a width direction of the base cam makes contact with the tappet at a position deviated from a center of the top face of the tappet, and the cylindrical section makes contact with the center of the top face of the tappet.
