    摘要: An ultra wideband filter is provided that filters an input signal using a pair of cross-coupled transistors with a small size and small power consumption. The ultra wideband filter includes a reference current generator unit generating a reference current using a bias signal of a predetermined level, a transconductor unit that is biased by the reference current and converts a predetermined input voltage into a current of a predetermined amount to output the current if the input voltage is applied thereto, and a filter unit that outputs a predetermined output voltage corresponding to the output current of the transconductor unit using a plurality of cross-coupled transistors and capacitors. The filter unit may include cross-coupled nMOS and pMOS transistors, and first and second capacitors respectively connected to respective drain terminals of the nMOS and pMOS transistors. Accordingly, the ultra wideband filter can be designed in a minimum size.

    摘要: A discharge lamp driving circuit includes an inverter, a ballast capacitor, a discharge lamp, and a lamp current detecting circuit. The inverter converts a DC voltage into an AC voltage with high frequency to output the AC voltage to an output port based on a pulse width modulation control signal. The lamp current detecting circuit outputs a first voltage signal and a second voltage signal according to a voltage across the ballast capacitor to generate a lamp current sensing voltage that is proportional to a lamp current flowing through the discharge lamp. The pulse width modulation control signal has a width varying with amplitude of the lamp current so that the lamp current may be accurately detected.

    摘要: A discharge lamp driving circuit includes an inverter, a ballast capacitor, a discharge lamp, and a lamp current detecting circuit. The inverter converts a DC voltage into an AC voltage with high frequency to output the AC voltage to an output port based on a pulse width modulation control signal. The lamp current detecting circuit outputs a first voltage signal and a second voltage signal according to a voltage across the ballast capacitor to generate a lamp current sensing voltage that is proportional to a lamp current flowing through the discharge lamp. The pulse width modulation control signal has a width varying with amplitude of the lamp current so that the lamp current may be accurately detected.

The first middle voltage is a node voltage of a first node. The second section is connected to the first node, charges the second capacitor with a third voltage during the first logic section of the clock signal, and converts the external voltage to an internal voltage by using the third voltage and the first middle voltage in the second logic section of the clock signal.

    摘要: Level shifting circuits generate multiple tracking signals that are in-phase with an input signal, but are also level-shifted with wider voltage swings relative to the input signal. These input tracking signals are provided as separate inputs to an inverter having at least one PMOS pull-up transistor and at least one NMOS pull-down transistor therein. A level shifting circuit may include a differential input circuit, which is responsive to true and complementary input signals. A first load circuit is electrically coupled to the differential input circuit. This first load circuit is configured to generate first and second tracking signals at respective first and second nodes therein. These first and second tracking signals are in-phase, level-shifted versions of each other, and have respective voltage swings that are greater than a voltage swing of the complementary input signals. The inverter includes a pull-up transistor responsive to the first tracking signal and a pull-down transistor responsive to the second tracking signal.
