    摘要: The present invention is directed to suppressing cracks in the surface layer of the rotating member including fluororesin. According to the present invention, there is provided a heating apparatus comprising: a rotating member which has a surface layer comprising fluororesin, flexibility, and is open at both ends thereof; a heating member for heating the rotating member; a holding member for the rotating member, which is disposed inside the rotating member and has a sliding surface against an inner peripheral surface of the rotating member; and a pressurizing member for forming a nip portion together with the rotating member, the heating apparatus heating a recording material while conveying the recording material by nipping at the nip portion and rotating the rotating member and the pressurizing member, wherein a lubricant comprising a straight-chain and a side-chain type perfluoropolyethers is interposed between the rotating member and the sliding surface of the holding member.

    摘要: Disclosed is an image heating apparatus. The image heating apparatus includes a rotatable heating member for heating an image on a recording material in a nip portion, and a heating unit for heating the heating member from the outside thereof. With this structure, a warm-up time period or a first print-out time period can be reduced, and low power consumption can be accomplished. Further, satisfactory image quality can be realized with no heating (fixing) irregularity. The heating member has a low thermal conductive elastic layer, and a heat storage layer outside the low thermal conductive elastic layer to have a volume heat capacity larger than the low thermal conductive elastic layer. A heat capacity of the heat storage layer per unit surface area of a fixing member is in a range of 100 J/m2K to 600 J/m2K.

    摘要: A manufacturing method of a resin container includes continuously supplying a base material resin forming a container body from a main extruder, discharging from a discharge portion provided in a die head a sub-material supplied from a sub-extruder so that the sub-material joins the base material resin, extruding a parison from a slit portion opened on an end side of the die head, and blow-molding the parison, thereby forming a coating layer which covers the whole or a part of the container body by using the sub-material. A thickness reducing portion in which a thickness is continuously reduced is formed in the coating layer while adjusting a resin pressure in a supply path of the sub-material fed from the sub-extruder by performing suck-back control which pulls back the sub-material from the discharge portion at an arbitrary timing when joining the sub-material with the base material resin.

    摘要: A blow molding method by horizontal blow molding of piercing the wall of a parison having been extruded by an extruder with a blow nozzle is disclosed, which comprises moving forward the blow nozzle to pierce the parison, introducing blow air at least in the direction toward the bottom, i.e., opposite to the bottle neck and, after shaping of a hollow container by the blow air, forming an opening in the parison at a position in the vicinity of or above the blow nozzle-pierced portion to discharge the blow air having circulated inside the hollow container. In this blow mollding method, there is preferably used a blow air cylinder, which is constituted by (A) a blow nozzle having a mechanism for registering blowing inlets in at least part of a portion freely sliding forward and backward inside the body, having a tip portion with an outer diameter smaller than at about the center portion thereof and being of a shape of a closed injection needle, and having the blowng inlets located slightly at the back of the tip portion where the outer diameter is larger than that at the tip portion and smaller than that at the central portion and capable of introducng blow air in the direction toward the bottom, i.e., opposite to the bottle neck in an amount of 30% or more of the total blow air amount; and (B) a body provided outside and, at least partly, in cntact with the blow nozzle.

    摘要: The position of a ship moored by at least three anchor ropes extending between the ship and independent remote anchor points is corrected by a control system comprising a rope orientation angle detector, a device for designating the angle and amount of movement of the ship which are necessary to correct the position of the ship, a position correction parameter designating device which determines whether parallel movement or swinging movement is to be made to correct the position of the ship and sends the result of determination to the rope orientation angle detector, a deviation operator which compares the angle of movement with the rope orientation angle for producing an output corresponding to the differential angle, a rope extension and contraction control device responsive to the outputs from the deviation operator and the rope orientation angle detector for producing an output for commanding paying out or taking up of respective anchor ropes, and winches mounted on the ship for operating respective anchor ropes and controlled by the output from the rope extension and contraction control device which includes a device for increasing or decreasing the length of each anchor rope by one unit length and a device for controlling the next unit length when each rope is stabilized after completion of the control of the first unit length thereby moving the ship to a position designated by the rope orientation angle detector in accordance with the determination made by the position correction parameter designating device.
