Disclosed herein is a lens actuating module. The module includes a housing having an accommodating space and a bush guide. A lens barrel is accommodated in the accommodating space and includes a lens and a barrel hook. A driving unit applies a driving force to a bush such that it is moved up in the direction of the optical axis, by pulling force of contraction of a shape memory alloy wire. The bush is guided by the bush guide and engages with the barrel hook. A rotary member is interposed between the housing and the lens barrel. A preload unit pulls the lens barrel in the direction of the optical axis such that the lens barrel moves down to an original position, and pulls the lens barrel in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis to maintain a contact of the lens barrel with the rotary member.

The present disclosure relates to an ultraviolet sensor, and an object of the present disclosure is to provide a simple, low-cost, and highly efficient ultraviolet sensor by aerosol deposition. For this, an ultraviolet sensor includes a substrate, a polycrystalline film formed by spraying powder having an energy bandgap of 3 eV to 11 eV and an average central particle size of 0.1 μm to 5 μm onto the substrate in a vacuum at a speed of 100 m/s to 500 m/s through a nozzle, wherein the polycrystalline film has an average central particle size of 1 nm to 500 nm, and at least two electrodes provided on the polycrystalline film.

A forming method of an yttrium oxide fluoride (YOF) coating film and a (YOF) coating film formed thereby are disclosed. The YOF coating film has no or extremely small pores therein and a nanostructure to increase light transmittance thereof, and has high hardness and high bonding strength and thus can protect a transparent window of a display device. The method for forming an YOF coating film involves the steps of: providing pretreated YOF powder having a particle diameter ranging from 0.1 to 12 μm; receiving a transfer gas supplied from a transfer gas supply unit and receiving the pretreated YOF powder supplied from a powder supply unit to transfer the pretreated YOF powder in an aerosol state; and colliding/smashing (spraying) the pretreated YOF powder transferred in the aerosol state with/onto a substrate in a process chamber to form an YOF coating film on the substrate.

Disclosed herein is an image stabilization mechanism for a camera module. The image stabilization mechanism includes a base, a movable stage receiving a lens barrel therein and having a magnet, and a piezoelectric actuator. The piezoelectric actuator is installed to the base, moves the movable stage in an X-axis or Y-axis direction to remove shake of the lens barrel, and maintains contact with the movable stage because of magnetic attractive force between the piezoelectric actuator and the magnet. The image stabilization mechanism reduces the number of components, thus simplifying the structure and minimizing an increase in height.
