摘要: Disclosed herein are a piezo actuator and a lens actuating module using the piezo actuator. The lens actuating module includes a housing having an accommodating space. A lens barrel is accommodated in the accommodating space. A preload unit includes a locking part locked to the outer circumference of the lens barrel and preload parts extending from both edges of the locking part outwards relative to the lens barrel. A piezo actuator is interposed between the preload parts and supported at a side thereof by force of the preload parts, the side being bent and deformed inwards and outwards, thus applying force for actuating the lens barrel in a direction of an optical axis to the preload unit. The piezo actuator which is simple in structure and assembling process and has improved actuating reliability and the lens actuating module using the piezo actuator are achieved.

摘要: The present invention relates to a camera module equipped with a vibration compensation mechanism. The camera module includes a lens unit for changing an image of a subject at a specific magnification, a housing for accommodating the lens unit so that the lens unit can move in the direction of an optical axis, an auto-focus actuator unit installed so that the lens unit can move in the direction of the optical axis, suspension members for supporting the housing so that the housing can float in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the optical axis, a box-type case configured such that the suspension members are fastened thereto and the housing is accommodated therein, a circuit board disposed beneath the case and configured such that an image sensor is installed thereon, and a compensation actuator configured to compensate for a displacement caused by the vibration of the housing.

摘要: Disclosed herein are a piezo actuator and a lens actuating module using the piezo actuator. The lens actuating module includes a housing having an accommodating space. A lens barrel is accommodated in the accommodating space. 摘要: The present invention relates to an image stabilizing apparatus for a camera module capable of effectively stabilizing an image of the camera module, implementing miniaturization and slimness, and reducing a manufacture cost of the camera module by supplying a two-axial correction structure to perform correction in an X axial direction or an Y axial direction of an automatic focusing unit through a ball holder having upper balls and lower balls.To achieve the object, the present invention provides an image stabilizing apparatus for a camera module including; an automatic focusing unit with slide grooves having lengths in an X axial direction or in an Y axial direction perpendicular to an optical axis on a bottom surface; a driving unit for moving the automatic focusing unit in the X axial direction or the Y axial direction; a ball holder installed on the bottom surface of the automatic focusing unit and provided with upper balls slidably coupled to the slide grooves on a top surface and lower balls on a bottom surface; and a lower guide which is installed on the bottom surface of the ball holder and includes slide grooves on a top surface, wherein the slide grooves are slidably coupled with the lower balls of the ball holder and have lengths in the Y axial direction or the X axial direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the slide grooves of the automatic focusing unit.

摘要: A forming method of an yttrium oxide fluoride (YOF) coating film and a (YOF) coating film formed thereby are disclosed. The YOF coating film has no or extremely small pores therein and a nanostructure to increase light transmittance thereof, and has high hardness and high bonding strength and thus can protect a transparent window of a display device. The method for forming an YOF coating film involves the steps of: providing pretreated YOF powder having a particle diameter ranging from 0.1 to 12 μm; receiving a transfer gas supplied from a transfer gas supply unit and receiving the pretreated YOF powder supplied from a powder supply unit to transfer the pretreated YOF powder in an aerosol state; and colliding/smashing (spraying) the pretreated YOF powder transferred in the aerosol state with/onto a substrate in a process chamber to form an YOF coating film on the substrate.

摘要: A lens actuating module. The module includes a housing and a lens barrel. received in an accommodating space of the housing and having a lens therein. A driving unit applies a driving force to the lens barrel such that the barrel can be moved up in an optical axis direction by a pulling force of contraction of an SMA (shape memory alloy) wire fixed to the housing. A rotary member is interposed between the housing and the lens barrel. A preload unit pulls the lens barrel in the optical axis direction such that the lens barrel can move down to an original position, and pulls the lens barrel in a direction to perpendicular to the optical axis to maintain a contact of the lens barrel with the rotary member. The lens barrel is moved by the contracted or extended amount of the SMA wire, thus realizing a simple structure and miniaturization.
