Abstract: The present invention is a dispenser adapted to couple to a fluid container having an opening surrounded by a neck. The dispenser comprises a cap, a dispensing head, an energy source, and a conduit. The cap is adapted to seal the opening fluid tight when the dispenser is coupled to the container.
