    摘要： A system for dispensing curable material. A lead screw is rotatably fixed relative to a first control surface and includes external threads. A locking nut includes internal threads threadably engaging the external threads. An engagement feature of the locking nut is adapted to be selectively engaged with an actuator having a second control surface. The threads provide for rotation of the locking nut about a translation axis when the actuator is in a disengaged position. Rotation of the locking nut permits the lead screw to move proximally along the axis and the compressed curable material to at least partially decompress within a dispensing volume. The threads further provide for distal advancement of the lead screw along the axis when the actuator is in an engaged position rotatably fixing the locking nut about the axis. Methods for operating and packaging the curable material dispensing system are also described.

    摘要： An automatic gluing machine includes an automatic gluing mechanism. The automatic gluing mechanism includes a sleeve, a pushing component mounted to the sleeve, an assembling head, and a driving module including a gear module. The sleeve is equipped with a first sleeve gear. The pushing component includes a rotating body and a first rotary gear. The assembling head is assembled inside the sleeve. The gear module cooperates the first rotary gear to drive the rotating body to rotate bidirectionally. The gear module cooperates with the first sleeve gear to make the sleeve to rotate in a single direction. A rotation speed difference between the first rotary gear and the first sleeve gear is generated, so after every rotation of the assembling head, a single-direction rotation displacement of the assembling head is generated relative to a last rotation of the assembling head.

    摘要： An apparatus adapted for dispensing flowable viscous batter has a housing, a barrel removably connected to the housing and a cap removably connected to the barrel. The housing contains a drive mechanism, a dual-position gearbox and a motor. The motor is in communication with the dual-position gearbox, which is in communication with the drive mechanism. The drive mechanism engages a threaded rod that is slidably disposed within the barrel. The threaded rod is attached to a piston that is non-rotatably positioned within the barrel. The drive mechanism actuates the threaded rod such that the piston is advanced or retracted in the barrel when power is supplied to the motor. The operating position of the gearbox determines whether the piston advances or retracts in the barrel when power is supplied to the motor. The cap includes a dispensing nozzle configured to regulate the flow of viscous batter from the barrel when the piston advances in the barrel. The cap also includes a piping spacer that facilitates consistent spacing and dispensing of batter on a baking surface.
