Abstract:
The invention provides novel bifunctional phosphitylating reagents and their application in in situ preparation of 5′-protected nucleoside phosphoramidites and synthesis of oligonucleotides. Bifunctional phosphitylating reagents according to the invention react quickly with nucleosides under neutral or weakly basic conditions, without an additional activation step. In addition, the bifunctional phosphitylating reagents according to the invention generate chemoselectively the corresponding nucleoside phosphoramidites in situ, without need to purify the nucleoside phosphoramidites before using them in oligonucleotide synthesis. Finally, the bifunctional phosphitylating reagents according to the invention are relatively stable and easy to handle.

The lighting device connection bases are connected in series with each other to allow the LED lighting devices to be connected in series with each other, and the lamp voltage is applied across the positive terminal and the negative terminal of the lighting device connection base and is generated by dividing the first DC voltage, thereby allowing the lamp currents outputted by the lighting device connection bases are substantially equal.
Abstract:
A method for generating and managing logical units (LUNs) in a storage network environment is disclosed herein. In one embodiment, such a method includes determining a type of LUN, identifying one or more servers that will access the LUN, and identifying a storage system that will host the LUN. The method then generates a LUN name that encapsulates the type, the one or more servers, and the storage system. The method then assigns the LUN name to the LUN. A corresponding apparatus and computer program product are also disclosed herein.

A power supply circuit for receiving an input voltage and outputting a driving voltage to at least one LED string. The power supply circuit includes a rear-stage converting circuit and a control circuit. The rear-stage converting circuit is used for receiving the input voltage and converting the input voltage into a compensating voltage. The control circuit is connected to the rear-stage converting circuit and the LED string for detecting the magnitude of a current passing through the LED string, thereby controlling the current passing through the LED string to be identical. The driving voltage is outputted from the power supply circuit. The driving voltage is a summation of the input voltage and the compensating voltage.

The present invention discloses a self-calibration method for an electric power steering system, which can self-calibrate the sensors to a normalized state to prevent from signal distortion, whereby to maintain stable steering sense of the driver and promote robustness and performance of the EPS system. The self-calibration method includes a signal offset compensation tactic and a zero-point signal self-calibration tactic. The present invention determines whether to undertake self-calibration according to judgement tactics, including a sensor power supply judgement tactic, a sensor correctness judgement tactic, and a self-calibration triggering condition. The self-calibration method can increase the correctness of sensors, maintain the original steering-assisting function and promote robustness of the EPS system.

A LED current-controlling circuit includes a first magnetic amplifier, a first current detecting circuit, a first magnetic amplifier controller and a first diode. The first magnetic amplifier is connected to an input terminal of the LED current-controlling circuit and the first LED string. The first current detecting circuit is connected to the first LED string in series for detecting the first current flowing through the first LED string. The first magnetic amplifier controller is used for controlling on/off statuses of the first magnetic amplifier. The first diode is connected to an output terminal of the first magnetic amplifier, the first LED string and the first magnetic amplifier controller. The first magnetic amplifier controller controls on/off statuses of the first magnetic amplifier according to the magnitude of the first current, thereby maintaining the first current at a specified DC current level.

A brightness-adjustable LED driving circuit includes a rectifying and filtering circuit, a power factor correction power conversion circuit, and a detecting and controlling circuit. The rectifying and filtering circuit is used for filtering and rectifying a brightness adjusting voltage into a first DC voltage. The power factor correction power conversion circuit is electrically connected to the rectifying and filtering circuit and at least one LED string for generating an output current required for powering the at least one LED string. The detecting and controlling circuit detects phase data of the brightness adjusting voltage and the output current generated by the power factor correction power conversion circuit. The detecting and controlling circuit generates a control signal to the power factor correction controller according to the phase data of the brightness adjusting voltage, so that the magnitude of the output current is changed according to the phase data of the brightness adjusting voltage.

A jet pump assembly according to an example embodiment of the present invention includes an inlet body arranged in proximity with a throat structure so as to provide an entrainment entrance between a discharge end of the inlet body and the throat structure. A drive flow of a motive fluid is supplied at a first velocity to the inlet body and is discharged through at least one nozzle at a higher second velocity, thereby creating a pressure drop in the throat structure. The pressure drop facilitates a first entrained flow of suction fluid into the entrainment entrance and a second entrained flow of suction fluid through at least one channel passing through the inlet body. The at least one channel is configured such that the second entrained flow is isolated from the drive flow while passing through the inlet body.
