摘要： A vehicle seat having: a seat cushion and a seat back formed by covering a surface of a seat pad with a top cover member; a plurality of air holes which penetrate the seat pad to reach a surface of the top cover member; a plurality of air outlets which project from a surface of a duct to be connected to the air holes; and an air blower to pressure and feed air inside a vehicle compartment to the air holes through the duct and the air outlets, wherein at least a portion of one of the air holes is formed in a tapered shape with a diameter which decreases toward the surface of the top cover member.

摘要： A retainer for fixing one terminals of springs 7 to a round shaft 3 of a seat frame for a seat is disclosed. Each of the terminals of the springs is formed into a substantially U-shape. The retainer includes a body 6a of a substantially U-shape in cross-section mounted on the round shaft 3 and pairs of first and second spring-engaging pieces 6b, 6c bent laterally from both edges of the U-shaped body 6a. The retainer is adapted to fix the substantially U-shaped terminals of the springs 7 to the round shaft 3 with the first and second spring-engaging pieces 6b, 6c thereof being engaged with the substantially U-shaped terminals of the springs 7.

The vehicle seat includes a seat back frame made of a light alloy and formed into a substantially quadrilateral shape, the seat back frame comprising an upper section, left and right side sections, and a lower section, an airbag module provided at one of the left and right side sections, the airbag module being adapted to be enclosed by stay cloths which are sewn at one terminals thereof together with terminals of front and side portions of a trim cover, first and second retainer members secured to the side section for retaining the other terminals of the stay cloths, the first and second retainer members including applying plate portions, the applying portion of the first retainer member being applied onto one surface of the side section, the applying portion of the second retainer member being applied onto the other surface of the side section, bolts penetrating the applying portion of the first retainer member, the side section, and the applying portion of the second retainer member, and nuts mounted on the bolts, so that the first and second retainer members are fastened together to the side section so as to be interpose the side section therebetween.
