摘要: A ratchet wrench comprises: a handle; a first member having an annular surface provided thereon with a plurality of teeth parallel to an axial direction thereof; a second member configured to rotate circumferentially with respect to the annular surface, the second member having at least two recesses arranged circumferentially around it; and at least two first drive transmission members disposed in the respective recesses of the second member, each of the first drive transmission members comprising at least one ratchet tooth, the first drive transmission members configured to be engaged with the teeth to transmit movement in a first direction between the first member and the second member, wherein each of the first drive transmission members is in a different engagement configuration with the teeth, wherein one of the first member and the second member is coupled to the handle and configured to be driven by the handle to rotate.

The operating mechanism of the leaf spring allows for increasing the spring rates by deactivating the short spring, which remains between the point A and the point B, as a result of the interaction between the short spring and the long spring after a certain amount of vertical displacement in the leaf spring.

摘要: A vehicle leaf spring shackle includes pair of longitudinal plate members opposed to each other, pair of devices for connecting the pair of longitudinal plate members to each other at their opposite end portions with respective predetermined spacing distances, and between pair of longitudinal plate members, one pair of devices is coupled to a member of a vehicle body while other pair of devices is coupled to one end portion of a leaf spring device provided to suspend the vehicle body. At least one end portion of the pair of longitudinal plate members on the leaf spring device side including a thick-walled portion formed with thickness larger than other portions of the pair of longitudinal plate members, the thick-walled portion is formed by press-forming operation to press at least one end portions of the longitudinal plate members on the leaf spring device side, in direction of the end portion plane.

摘要: Energy storing suspension components having an end configured to include an eye are disclosed in combinations with bushings for use in suspension systems for wheeled vehicles and trailers. The energy storing suspension components include an axle seat portion, an end, and a limb extending between the axle seat portion and the end. The limb includes a first taper wherein the limb decreases in width as the limb extends toward the end, a second taper wherein the limb decreases in thickness as the limb extends toward the end, wherein along the limb there is at least a portion where both the first taper and second taper are present, and a third taper that is further from the axle seat portion than the first taper and wherein the limb increases in width as the limb extends toward the end.

摘要: A vehicle suspension leaf spring assembly is arranged to be mounted in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, on both sides thereof, the leaf spring assembly having a first end, which is arranged for pivotal connection to a first bracket on the vehicle; and a second end, which is arranged for connection to a spring shackle on the vehicle, wherein the leaf spring assembly is arranged to be connected to an axle extending transversely of the leaf spring assembly at a position intermediate the first and second ends of the leaf spring assembly. The leaf spring assembly includes an upper spring arrangement comprising two individual upper leaf springs arranged side-by-side with a predetermined spacing and extending between the first and second ends, and at least one lower spring arrangement arranged below the upper leaf springs.
