Abstract:
A method is presented to combine a plurality of arrays of computer-readable files along a common collation function. The arrays can be embodied as axes of documents disposed along a timeline. Such a combination creating a group of axes of documents improving the graphical interactions among two groups of documents. An interface, a computerized system and a method for enabling same is equally hereby presented.
Abstract:
A method, a system and an interface adapted to enhance the computing power of computer systems, the method being designed to calculate the position of documents as they are displayed on computer screens. The documents are displayed on axes belonging to axes group(s). The method relates to reducing and/or minimizing the computing power necessary to identify the position of documents when they are subject to displacement caused by the movement of the axes groups to which they belong and/or of the display screen.
Abstract:
The present invention provides solutions to the potential undesirable effects the insertion and removal of information elements and documents may have on arrays and axes of information elements using a collation function to determine the position of information elements thereon. The invention can be effectuated as a method, a device and an apparatus carrying out the method described herein.
Abstract:
A computer system, including a display and a user-interface, for manipulating a plurality of music albums and songs with a method for organizing a plurality of music albums and songs, the method comprising displaying at a first position on the display a music album element axis adapted to illustrate a plurality of music album elements, selecting a music album element from the displayed music album element axis, retrieving song elements associated with the selected music album element; and displaying at a second position the retrieved song elements along a song element axis, the song element axis being adapted to be displayed in a direction adapted to intersect the first position when the album element axis is displayed, wherein the selected music album element remains visible along with its associated song elements. A user graphical interface providing same and a system thereof are also provided.
Abstract:
A computer-readable medium having computer executable components is disclosed, the components comprising a plurality of staff lines and intervening spaces adapted to display a plurality of documents positioned along the plurality of staffs and intervening spaces.
Abstract:
A two-seater all-terrain vehicle (ATV) has straddle-type driver and rear passenger seats, and a pair of movable rear footrests to support the feet of a rear passenger. The rear footrests pivot from a stowed non-supporting position to a supporting position. When folded into the non-supporting position, the rear footrests become substantially flush with side paneling of the vehicle. The all-terrain vehicle may further include a pair of vertical and horizontal adjustment mechanisms for independently vertically adjusting each of the rear passenger footrests so that passengers of varying height can be comfortably accommodated on the rear seat. A cargo space is provided under the passenger's footrest, the cargo space being enlarged when the passenger's footrests are in the stowed position. Restraints and other holding mechanisms are also provided. The flip-down adjustable rear footrests may be used on other types of straddle-type recreational vehicles.
Abstract:
A tangible machine-readable media having encoded machine-executable instructions adapted to provide a method for displaying arrays of user-selectable elements is described, the method comprising: receiving instructions providing data about a geographical and/or celestial position; and displaying an array of user-selectable elements, the array of user-selectable elements being adapted to group user-selectable elements related to the position. A system and an interface providing position related array of user-selectable elements is also described. An array of user-selectable elements separating user-selectable elements in portions of time and displaying advertising is similarly disclosed therein.
Abstract:
A computer-readable medium including computer-executable instructions providing a method of displaying arrays of computer-readable files, the method comprising causing a first array of computer-readable files to be displayed, said first array of computer-readable files being displayed along a timeline according to a first timescale; causing a second array of computer-readable files to be displayed, said second array of computer-readable files being displayed along a timeline according to a second timescale. An interface, a computerized system and a method for providing same is also disclosed therein.
