    摘要: An all-terrain vehicle (ATV) has a frame having front and rear ends, an internal combustion engine connected to the frame, the engine including a front portion and a rear portion, a single cylinder defining a cylinder axis, an air intake port defined in the front portion facing towards the front end of the frame, and an exhaust port defined in the rear portion facing towards the rear end of the frame. The ATV further has an exhaust assembly fluidly connected to the exhaust port. The exhaust assembly extends from the engine towards the rear end of the frame. The ATV further has a continuously variable transmission operatively connected to the engine, which includes a primary pulley being operatively connected to the engine, a secondary pulley, a drive belt looped around the primary and secondary pulleys, and a housing enclosing the primary pulley, the secondary pulley, and the drive belt.

    摘要: An electric ATV having a frame and at least one battery mounted on the frame. 4 hub motors connected to the frame, and a wheel is connected to each of the hub motors. Each of the hub motors includes an independent controller, and the hub motors and associated ones of the controllers each being configured to independently provide both forward and reverse power and torque to the respective wheels to propel the ATV. Each of the hub motors can be mechanically attached to the frame using a quick-release connector and an electrical plug connection, to allow easier service or swapping out in the field. A genset can be provided in place of a battery, and multiple independent controls may also be provided for each motor/controller. An electric ATV with frame mounted motors/independent controllers for each wheel is also provided.

    摘要: A saddle-type vehicle includes an engine, an engine control device, a battery, a vehicle body frame, and a pair of rear wheels. The vehicle body frame includes a pair of seat support frames supporting a seat. The battery is disposed below the seat and between the pair of seat support frames in a vehicle width direction. The engine control device is disposed between a seat support frame of the pair of seat support frames and a rear wheel of the pair of rear wheels. The seat support frame is located on one side in the vehicle width direction, and the rear wheel is located on the one side. At least a part of the engine control device overlaps the rear wheel located on the one side when viewed from the vehicle width direction.

    摘要: A quick disassembly tool for fixedly mounting a connection module is provided according to the present application, including a pressing block and a fixing block for press-fitting the connection module.     摘要: A leaning suspension system for vehicles includes suspension arms that rotate about the same pivoting point. A swing frame also rotates about the same pivoting point. The center of gravity of the vehicle remains lower than the pivoting point even when the vehicle is leaning. A wheel mount assembly is rotatably mounted to a suspension arm. A shock absorber has an end that is connected to the wheel mount assembly and another end that is connected to the suspension arm. A control unit of the vehicle includes a computer that controls actuators of the leaning suspension system based on received sensor information. The vehicle can be a tricycle or a quadracycle.
