This insert-molded filter is provided with: a body which is equipped with a first annular part, a second annular part, and multiple columnar parts connected to the first and second annular parts, and which has multiple openings formed so as to be separated by the multiple columnar parts between the first and second annular parts; and a mesh which is integrally molded with the body so as to cover the multiple openings separated by the multiple columnar parts.     Abstract: A purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a clip including a grommet and a pin, which does not degrade design quality and allows the clip to be removed easily from members to be attached without causing damage. The grommet is configured to be inserted into attachment holes of the members to be attached, and includes a grommet hole into which a pin is to be inserted. Depending on an insertion position of the pin relative to the grommet, the grommet undergoes elastic deformation to allow the members to be attached to each other or detached from each other. A flange portion of the grommet has an engagement hole so that the clip can be removed from the members by engaging a tool with the engagement hole.

    Abstract: A vehicle seat includes a pad having an air passage, a skin material, and a skin locking clip embedded in the pad and configured to tuck in a prescribed linear portion of the skin material. The pad includes a main body member in which the skin locking clip is embedded, an intermediate layer member arranged on the main body member, and a surface layer member arranged on the intermediate layer member. The main body member includes a linear bulging portion extending along the linear portion and bulging so as to define a plane substantially identical to a surface of the surface layer member, and the skin material is tucked in by the skin locking clip at a portion extending further from the surface layer member than the linear bulging portion.

    Abstract: The resin molded article is molded by using an electrode sheet as an insert in a state where one surface of the electrode sheet is closely attached to an inner surface which serves as the inner side of the operation surface. The electrode sheet is formed by using, as a base material, a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet which outputs an electrical signal according to the amount of change of electrostatic capacitance generated by a contact operation with respect to the operation surface.     Abstract: A pressure relief valve for a battery pack is attached to a port formed in a pack case of a battery pack. The pressure relief valve has a casing including a discharge hole and a valve mechanism configured to open and close the discharge hole. The discharge hole is connected to the port when the pressure relief valve is attached to the port. The pressure relief valve includes a cover attached to the casing. A passage is formed between the cover and the casing to release gas that is discharged from the discharge hole. The valve mechanism includes a valve member configured to close the discharge hole and a biasing portion that biases the valve member to a closed position where the valve member closes the discharge hole.

    Abstract: A bracket for a vehicle mount device includes an attachment member for a vehicle side, and a holding portion for the vehicle mount device. The holding portion includes a receiving portion for receiving at least a part of the vehicle mount device by a sliding operation of the vehicle mount device, and a guide portion for a projecting portion of the vehicle mount device along a sliding direction of the sliding operation. The guide portion includes an elastic piece, which is elastically deformed by contacting the projecting portion during a sliding movement and returns to an original posture at an end of the sliding movement to engage the projection.

    Abstract: The clip includes a head part, a shaft part, a pin having first and second engaged parts at the shaft part, and a grommet having a flange part with an insertion hole, a leg part, and an engaging part engaging with/disengaging from the engaged part. The pin has the engaging part near the inner periphery of the insertion hole of the flange part. The pin has guide grooves between the first and second engaged parts to guide the movement of the pin while movably engaging the engaging part. Switching between a temporary fixing state and a permanent fixing state is conducted through movement of the shaft part associated with guiding by the guide grooves. When the pin in the permanent fixing state is rotated and moved in the pull-up direction associated with guiding by the guide grooves, engagement between the engaging part and the second engaged part is released.

    Abstract: An oil separating device for separating an oil mist from a blow-by gas is arranged on a flow passage of the blow-by gas. The oil separating device includes an oil separator having an inlet formed at one end thereof and an outlet formed at another end thereof opposite to the one end; a collision wall arranged at a downstream side of the oil separator, and including an uneven portion formed on a surface thereof to face the outlet of the oil separator; and a filter arranged between the oil separator and collision wall. The oil separator is formed such that the oil mist in the blow-by gas coalesces together to form a coalesced oil mist, the filter removes the coalesced oil mist from the blow-by gas, and the collision wall separates a remained oil mist remained in the blow-by gas through the filter.
