Abstract: A cord lock includes a first member having a first passage and a second passage for a cord; a second member combined with the first member to be capable of moving to rise and fall as a support point on the second passage side, and including a third passage positioned between the first passage and the second passage on a free end side of the rising and falling movement, and passing the cord; and an urging device urging the second member in a standing direction. The support point is formed by an engaging portion formed in one of the first member and the second member, and an engaged portion formed in the other, and engaged with the engaging portion, and the cord pulled out of the second passage is positioned on a free end side of the second member more than the support point.

The operating button has a pivot portion, wherein a distance between an axial end of the pivot portion and a shaft end supporting the gear-shaped engagement portion is narrower than a thickness of the gear-shaped engagement portion.

Abstract: A cord lock includes a female member having a first opening, a second opening, and an insertion passage for a string; and a male member entering one portion into the insertion passage from the first opening, and having, at the one portion, a male-side fastening portion to be fastened to the string inserted to pass through the insertion passage in cooperation with a female-side fastening portion formed inside the insertion passage. Fastening relative to the string is released by a pulling operation of reducing an entering amount of one portion of the male member into the insertion passage relative to the female member by gripping the string pulled out of the first opening, and by a pulling operation of reducing an entering amount of one portion of the male member into the insertion passage relative to the male member by gripping the string pulled out of the second opening.

Abstract: A cord lock includes a female member having a first opening, a second opening, an insertion path for a string therebetween, and female-side fastening portions formed in the insertion path, a male member having one portion entering into the insertion path from a side of the first opening, and male-side fastening portions at the one portion adapted to be fastened to the string inserted to pass through the insertion path in cooperation with the female-side fastening portions, and a spring member interposed between the female member and the male member. A first contact portion of the spring member is integrally formed with the female member, and a second contact portion of the spring member is integrally formed with the male member.
