    摘要: Connecting device of linear drive includes a main body part with a rectangular profile, and a hardware stamping. The two opposite sides of the main body part are respectively fixedly connected with the hardware stamping. The middle portion of the main body part has a hollow cavity. A threaded axle hole device with threaded holes inside is accommodated in and fixedly connected with the cavity. The lateral walls of the cavity have locating protrusions. The hardware stamping includes two reverse bends between which the portion is disposed above the main body part. The lower portion of the hardware stamping is tightly adhered to the lateral side of the main body and bolted, while the upper portion of the hardware stamping has a connecting hole. The connecting device is light in structure, small in size and more convenient to install and is improved in bearing capability and operation stability.

    摘要: An impact protection controller for an electric height-adjustable desk. The controller comprises an MCU, a motor drive circuit, a motor current sampling circuit, a current amplifier circuit, a Hall pulse generator, and a Hall filter. The MCU controls the motor drive circuit. A signal transmitted by the Hall pulse generator is sent to the MCU via the Hall filter. A motor current is sampled by the motor current sampling circuit, and the result is sent to the MCU via the current amplifier circuit to detect a change of the current. The controller further comprises a shock switch provided outside of and connected to the MCU, or provided inside of the MCU. The present invention combines current detection and shock detection to improve sensitivity and reliability of impact protection.

    摘要: The present invention provides a collision prevention control system based on an electric lifting table and a collision prevention method thereof. The collision prevention control system includes a lifting table, an electronic lifting table control box disposed on the lifting table, and a single-chip microcomputer disposed in the electric lifting table control box. The electric lifting table control box is internally provided with an acceleration and gyroscope chip, the acceleration and gyroscope chip performing synchronous motion with the lifting table, the acceleration and gyroscope chip being in information interaction with the single-chip microcomputer, and motion control on the lifting table being performed through the single-chip microcomputer. The present invention has the advantageous effects as follows: the system has higher sensitivity and more reliable operation, and senses a slight angular change or an acceleration change when the lifting table encounters resistance.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a driver cabinet structure, including an upper driver cabinet, a lower driver cabinet, a motor front-end cover and a motor brush rack plate, wherein the motor front-end cover is disposed on the lower driver cabinet; the motor front-end cover is provided with the motor brush rack plate thereon and screw holes on a lateral surface; the motor brush rack plate is provided with brush holders thereon and a through hole in the center; front and rear ends of each of the brush holders are both open and intercommunicated; a limit step is disposed in the through hole; lug bosses are disposed on the limit step; and the lower driver cabinet, the motor front-end cover, the motor brush rack plate and the brush holders are integrally formed.
