Abstract:
A syringe assembly including a syringe and a safety device, the syringe including a barrel of tubular shape, the safety device including a member of tubular shape referred to as a syringe support in which the barrel is arranged such that the syringe support and the barrel are secured on the same axis. The syringe barrel has a flange at a proximal end that is prevented from moving in translation between a peripheral bearing seat and an abutment of the support. Interposed between the seat and the flange, the assembly includes at least one compression pad between the seat and the flange and made of a material presenting a coefficient of friction relative to at least one of the materials of the flange and of the seat that is greater than the coefficient of friction of the materials of the flange and of the seat relative to each other.
Abstract:
The syringe comprises a body containing the liquid and having fitted thereto an endpiece for fastening a needle carrier. The safety device comprises a protective sheath and a syringe support that is received inside the sheath. The sheath and the support are axially movable relative to each other between two positions, namely a disengaged position of the needle, and a retracted position of said needle. The support includes anti-rotation means for constraining it in rotation about its axis and comprising at least one pawl urged resiliently into a position in which the pawl is designed to co-operate with complementary anti-rotation means of the fastener endpiece. The sheath and the support include complementary anti-rotation means for constraining them in rotation relative to each other about their axes and activated at least when the sheath and the support are in their disengaged position of the needle.
Abstract:
The security assembly is designed to be fitted to a syringe comprising a body provided with one end for connection to an injection needle and one end for inserting a piston. The security assembly comprises a member for fitting to the body of the syringe so as to be constrained axially relative to the body, and a security cap for covering the injection end of the body, the cap being provided with a proximal portion for connection to the fitted member and a distal portion for releasing the injection end and connected to the connection portion by frangible means. The fitted member forms a member that is designed to retain the piston inside the body.
Abstract:
A safety device for an injection syringe includes a syringe support, a protective sheath for protecting an injection needle carried by the syringe, the sheath being mounted to slide relative to the syringe support between an injection position in which the needle is uncovered, and a protection position in which the needle is covered, the sheath having a grip surface enabling the device to be gripped by a user and referred to as an initial grip surface, and a return spring for urging the sheath into the protection position. The sheath also includes an extender member for extending the initial grip surface and fitted on the sheath in such a manner as to present a larger grip surface, referred to as an enlarged grip surface.
Abstract:
A device for receiving an injection syringe, configured to receive an injection syringe including a needle and a protective cap for the needle. The receiving device has a distal end and includes a member for removing the protective cap, removably fastened onto the distal end of the receiving device, the removal member including a gripping section for gripping by a user and a catch on the cap, able to drive the cap when the removal member is removed from the receiving device, so as to strip the needle. An assembly including a receiving device and an injection syringe as well as a method for assembling a receiving device and an injection syringe.
Abstract:
A device for the back-injection of an implant including a holder to allow a user to hold the device, an injection needle, a retainer for retaining the implant before the injection needle, a plunger having a distal part for injecting the implant during withdrawal of the needle, a protective sleeve, capable of adopting an injection position leaving the needle uncovered and a safety position covering the needle again after use of the device, and a spring designed to move the protective sleeve into their safety position, the movement of the spring being controllable by the user.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a safety device for an injection syringe, the injection syringe including a body having an injection needle fitted thereon, the device including a plunger rod including a distal plunger part slidably movable in the body of the syringe, and a proximal triggering part, configured to trigger the displacement of a protection sheath, from an injection position, wherein the needle is uncovered, towards a safety position, wherein the needle is covered by the sheath. The proximal triggering part is able to move relative to the distal plunger part once the distal plunger part is at the distal end of its stroke, to trigger the displacement of the protection sheath.
Abstract:
A device for the back-injection of an implant including a user to hold the device, an injection needle, means for retaining the implant before the injection needle, means required for injecting the implant during withdrawal of the needle, protective means, capable of adopting an injection position leaving the needle uncovered and a safety position covering the needle again after use of the device, and return means designed to move the protective means into their safety position, the movement of the return means being controllable by the user.
Abstract:
A process for the manufacture of tubes made of fluoro resin, especially of polytetrafluoroethylene, which can be employed especially as corrosion-resistant coatings for piping components, in particular those made of steel, for conveying chemical products.
