Topical and systemic therapy may be used.

摘要： A solar collector comprises a solar absorbing tube 3 containing elongate tube 11 that extends out of one end of the solar absorbing tube 3 and into an end fitting 15 wherein an annular outer passageway 13 of the elongate tube 11 communicates with a cold fluid inlet conduit 16 within the end fitting 15 and the inner passageway 14 of the elongate tube 11 communicates with a hot water outlet conduit 17 within the end fitting 15. Each end fitting 15 is provided-with a receiving portion 22 extending orthogonally to the tubular passage 18 for receiving an end of the concentric elongated tube 11. The end fittings 15 are interconnected to provide fluid flow paths without the need for a manifold. Any number of solar collector tubes can be interconnected in this way. The invention also applies solar collectors of the heat pipe type.

摘要： The present invention is a method for ensuring client access to paired and unpaired response messages. In the method, the server detects one or more unpaired message which are stored in a data structure on the server. The data structure may be created when the server is started or automatically when the first unpaired message is identified. The method then uses a communications protocol between the client and server which allows the client to request one or more of the stored unpaired messages. The present invention uses a request module configured to receive a client request and prepare the client request for a response generator. The response generator receives the client request from the request module and generates an appropriate response. Next, an unpaired message module analyzes the response message generated by the response generator and distinguishes a paired message from an unpaired message. Then, the unpaired message module stores paired messages in an unpaired response data structure. Finally, a response module communicates paired and unpaired messages to the client.

摘要： A beverage dispense system has a dispense nozzle with inlet sections for connection to beverage supplies that merge into an outlet section sized to match the flows such that a unit volume of beverage can be dispensed more quickly. The inlet sections are provided with separate valves controlling the flow so that beverage can be dispensed through either one or both inlet sections. The nozzle is automatically drained on completion of a dispense by air admitted to the nozzle via a passageway.

摘要： An automated instillation apparatus and method for instilling fluid into a patient having an intestinal stoma thereby administering an antegrade colonic enema. The automated instillation apparatus comprising in combination: a fluid reservoir, a pump, a pump control module, a fluid delivery line and an intestinal stoma catheter wherein the pump control module is operable to automatically stop fluid delivery to the intestinal stoma after a predetermined volume of fluid has been instilled at a predetermined flow rate and pressure range suitable for the particular patient. The automated instillation apparatus is optionally battery powered and of a size and weight suitable for carrying on a person. The automated instillation apparatus enables a method for a patient to self-administer an antegrade colonic enema within a short time period and with improved privacy by filling a fluid reservoir, inserting an intestinal stoma catheter into the patient with such a stoma opening and activating the apparatus to transfer fluid to the intestine without further intervention.

摘要： A method for correlating data from a data source representing a single data file to a data target containing a plurality of data files is provided. The method includes normalizing the data from the data source, such as by removing white space and replacing data strings. One or more data strings are selected for use as preliminary selection criteria. The preliminary selection criteria are then used to search for one or more matches in the normalized data from the data source. If no match is found, one or more data strings are selected for use as secondary selection criteria. A correlation score is calculated if at least one match is found using the preliminary selection criteria.
