Abstract: A liquid discharge head includes nozzles discharging liquid droplets; liquid chambers in communication with the nozzles; liquid supply paths in communication with the individual liquid chambers; and a common liquid chamber in communication with the liquid supply paths. Further, liquid is supplied from a direction from the common liquid chamber to the liquid supply paths, the direction crossing a direction of liquid flowing in the liquid supply paths, and in a wall surface of the common liquid chamber on a side closer to the individual liquid chambers, an inclined surface is formed in a direction orthogonal to a nozzle array direction in a manner that the common liquid chamber gradually expands as the common liquid chamber approaches the liquid supply paths.

Abstract: A liquid discharge head includes a nozzle plate, a channel plate, a wall member, and a common liquid chamber. The nozzle plate includes nozzles, and the channel plate forms a plurality of individual channels communicating with the nozzles. The wall member forms at least one portion of a wall of the plurality of individual channels. The common liquid chamber, arranged at a side opposite the plurality of individual channels, supplies liquid to the individual channel. The wall member includes a deformable damper area, a reinforced area, and an area of reduced thickness. The damper area forms one portion of a wall of the common liquid chamber, and the reinforced area divides the damper area into plural areas. The area of reduced thickness, arranged in at least one portion of the reinforced area, has a thickness greater than the damper area and less than the reinforced area.

Abstract: A liquid discharge head includes nozzles configured to discharge liquid droplets; individual flow paths to which the nozzles are connected; a liquid injection unit connected to the individual flow paths; a common liquid room configured to supply liquid to the individual flow paths; and a filter unit configured to filter the liquid. The filter unit is provided between the common liquid room and the liquid injection unit. The filter unit includes a reinforcement area for dividing the filter unit into filter areas each corresponding to two or more of the individual flow paths. A partition wall is provided corresponding to the reinforcement area of the filter unit, on the liquid injection unit side.
