摘要： Disclosed is a cam follower of which the structure is improved such that the limit load can be increased. The cam follower is one which moves relative to a cam, mediated by a liquid lubricant, wherein a plurality of recesses are provided on the contact surface of the cam follower which makes contact with the cam, and the depth of the plurality of recesses of the contact surface is between 0.005 and 0.03 mm. By providing the plurality of recesses on the contact surface of the cam follower which makes contact with the cam, the present invention makes it possible to improve the state of lubrication between the cam follower and the cam which move relative to each other mediated by the liquid lubricant and to reduce the heat and the wear which occur at the interface between the same.

摘要： A developing device that attaches/detaches to/from a main body of an image forming apparatus includes a photosensitive drum, a charging roller to rotate while contacting the photosensitive drum to charge a surface of the photosensitive drum to a uniform potential, and a separating member to rotate between a first position where the charging roller is separated from the photosensitive drum and a second position where the charging roller contacts the photosensitive drum. The separating member includes a body into which a rotary shaft of the charging roller is inserted to be rotatable, and a contact portion extending from the body and contacting the surface of the photosensitive drum when the separating member is located at the first position so as to separate the charging roller from the photosensitive drum, wherein the contact portion includes a friction member including rubber.

The polyarylene sulfide has initial melt viscosity measured at 300° C. of 300 to 6000 poise, and melt viscosity after heat treated and molten at 300° C., equal to or greater than the initial melt viscosity.
