    摘要： The present invention discloses a piston for an engine. The piston comprises a piston body; wherein, a top land, a first compression ring groove, a second land, a second compression ring groove, a third land, an oil ring groove are disposed in turn on the periphery of the piston body from top to bottom; the ratio of the depth of the first compression ring groove to the depth of the second compression ring groove is less than or equal to 1.0; at least one of annular expansion grooves are disposed on the periphery of the second land and/or the third land, to reduce the intra-cylinder carbon deposition and the hydrocarbon emissions in the exhaust gas emissions of the engine and thus improve the engine efficiency and the overall performance of the engine.

    摘要： The piston includes a body having a hollow chamber defined therein, and a member inserted in the hollowed chamber to define an oil passage between an inner peripheral surface of the hollow chamber and an opposing outer peripheral surface of the member. This reduces the dead volume and, as a result, improves the compressibility. In addition, the increased cooling performance prevents the fusing of the piston to the cylinder.

    摘要： A piston pump is provided comprising a cylinder with an inner cylinder wall and a working space. The piston pump includes a piston inside the cylinder and has a piston head with a first and second projections extending from its lateral surface to the cylinder wall. These first and second projections enclose a cavity between the piston head and the cylinder wall. The piston head also includes a channel for routing a flushing fluid to the cavity. The first and second projections are configured to promote flow of the flushing fluid out of the cavity and into the working space of the cylinder.

    摘要： A steel piston with an oil gallery, and process for forming a steel piston oil gallery channel, which corresponds to the complex shape of the combustion bowl in the piston crown. The oil gallery channel is first forged to the basic shape that corresponds to the shape of the walls of the combustion bowl. Machine-turning surfaces in the oil gallery channel can be machine-finished as desired. Surfaces in the oil gallery which cannot be machined with conventional turning operations, such as recesses and protrusions into the channel, are left in the original forged condition.
