Abstract:
The present device provides an assembly, or kit, of injection molded panels having integrated connectors which combine to form a drawer cabinet with integrally formed guide rails and cooperating pull out drawers supported upon a plurality of rollers. The cabinet panels are formed of injection molded plastic and includes integrally formed connectors to interlock with one another without the need for separate fasteners. The integrated connection of the side, top and base panels simplifies the drawer cabinet construction and minimizes the number of components required to assemble the drawer cabinet. Injection molding allows the panels to be formed with integral cross-bracing, ribs and gussets for increased rigidity. When supplied as a kit, assembly of the drawer cabinet requires minimal hardware and a minimum number of hand tools.
Abstract:
The instant invention combines the features of a sink and a hose reel for user convenience and space savings. The outer periphery of the device is surrounded by an enclosure for aesthetic appearance and internal storage. The sink is provided with a folding faucet and a cover plate which allows the top surface of the device to be utilized as a work table. The lower portion of the cabinet assembly is constructed and arranged to contain a hose storage reel. The reel employs a winding crank mounted near the top of the cabinet assembly and gears extend between the crank and the hose reel to minimize operator stooping when winding a hose about the reel. The reel may be provide with a low entry hose port which allows the hose to be pulled into the enclosure from near the bottom of the device to minimize the possibility of tipping the device during hose retrieval. The device is constructed and arranged for shipment in a disassembled state wherein the components may be snapped together without the need for additional fasteners or connectors. In addition, the combination sink and hose reel are provided with a folding handle assembly for reducing the shipping space required for shipping and storage of fully assembled devices.
Abstract:
An interlocking privacy fence is made up of a series of molded panels with simulated paneling and lattice in relief bounded on each lateral side by a leg. One leg has a plurality of brackets along the length thereof. The other leg has a plurality of pintles along the length thereof. Each of the brackets has an aperture therethrough for receiving a prong of a pintle. In assembly, the brackets of different panels are aligned with the pintles of other panels and the pintles are inserted through the apertures such that each leg is interlocked. The bottom of the legs are formed as a sharpened spade for insertion into the ground to fix the fence in place.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to portable hose reel carts for handling and storage of large lengths of flexible hoses, such as garden or air hoses. The cart is constructed of plastic and steel components having a centrally rotatable spool for winding of the flexible hose, a frame for supporting the spool, wheels at each end of the base of the frame, and a handle assembly attached to the frame to facilitate moving the cart. The crank handle assembly which may or may not be foldable for easy storage. The cart includes a large tray for storage and transport of garden supplies.
