Abstract: Disclosed in the present specification is an emulsified makeup cosmetic composition with excellent sustainability. The composition has an effect of providing an emulsified makeup cosmetic composition wherein when the composition is coated on the skin using a volatile oil, the oil is evaporated and a film forming agent imparting high sustaining force is left, thereby preventing the smearing of the composition, increasing sustaining force, and improving the feeling of use even after drying.
