摘要: A method for producing a rubber composition includes: applying a compression process to a fumed silica having a BET specific surface area of 200 m2/g or more to obtain a compressed fumed silica having a tap density of 200 g/L or more; and kneading the compressed fumed silica and diene rubber. A fumed silica for rubber composition is obtained by a surface treatment with a mercapto-thiocarboxylate oligomer, and has a tap density of 200 g/L or more and a BET specific surface area of 200 m2/g or more. A rubber composition contains a compressed fumed silica having a tap density of 200 g/L or more and a BET specific surface area of 200 m2/g or more; a natural rubber; and a mercapto-thiocarboxylate oligomer.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an all-steel tire with 100% definite elongations of an upper tread and a lower tread being interrelated to each other. The all-steel tire of the present disclosure includes a lower tread rubber layer B and an upper tread rubber layer A. Through repeated multiple experiments of the applicant, when a ratio of stresses at 100% definite elongation of the upper tread rubber layer A to the lower tread rubber layer B is (0.7-0.8):1, and the 100% stress at definite elongation of the lower tread rubber layer B is 3.2-5.5 Mpa, it can be ensured that after any tread of the tire is subjected to performance adjustment, the performance balance of the whole tire crown is continuously maintained, so that no new problem is generated after the tread performance of the all-steel radial tire is improved.

By the use of the processes, solid purified rubber can be obtained that contains 0.05-0.5 weight % dirt, 0.2-1.5 weight % ash, and 0.1-4 weight % resin (when it has been dried so as to contain 0.8 weight % volatile matter).

摘要: Spreadable granules as infill granules for grass and artificial turf fields are proposed, which granules have a polymer matrix with a percentage between 10% by mass and 100% by mass of at least one biodegradable polymer and at least one filler from the group of natural fillers, embedded in the polymer matrix with the at least one biodegradable polymer. The invention provides for the spreadable granules to have at least one filler from the group including comminuted fruit kernels. In addition, the invention relates to the use of such spreadable granules as infill granules for grass and artificial turf fields, as a spacer material for the storage of construction materials, such as, e.g., floor covering materials, and as grit for road maintenance in winter.

摘要: An ultra-light graphene-rubber foam particle for soles is prepared from, by weight, 60-65 parts of natural rubber, 8-12 parts of isoprene rubber, 8-12 parts of butadiene rubber, 6-8 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 0.8-1.0 parts of modified graphene, 0.08-0.12 parts of poly(N-vinylacetamide), 0.8-1.0 parts of silicone oil, 3.0-3.5 parts of inorganic nano-particles, 1.2-1.5 parts of activated zinc oxide, 0.8-1.0 parts of zinc stearate, 1.0-1.2 parts of stearic acid, 0.8-1.0 parts of cross-linking agents, 2.0-3.0 parts of flow promotors, and 1.5-1.8 parts of foaming agents. According to the invention, the modified graphene is uniformly dispersed into the rubber materials, so that the ultra-light graphene-rubber foam particle has good thermal stability, wear resistance and tensile strength, the permanent compressive-deformation performance and thermal contraction resistance are improved, and the weight is reduced by over 50%.

摘要: The present invention provides a liquid antioxidant composition used for raw rubbers comprising 5% to 30% by weight of at least one aromatic amine-based antioxidant agent, 20% to 70% by weight of at least one hindered phenol-based antioxidant agent, 0% to 40% by weight of at least one phosphite-based antioxidant agent; and 20% to 40% by weight of at least one solvent having boiling point higher than 185° C. and freezing point lower than −10° C. under 101.325 KPa, the weight percentage of component a), b), c) or d) is based on the total weight of antioxidant composition, wherein the mixture of component a), b) and c) is liquid at 25° C. under 101.325 KPa. The present invention also provides a liquid antioxidant composition comprising 5% to 20% by weight of solid aromatic amine-based antioxidant agent, 20% to 50% by weight of solid hindered phenol-based antioxidant agent, 0% to 30% by weight of solid phosphite-based antioxidant agent and 30% to 40% by weight of solvent having boiling point higher than 185° C. and freezing point lower than −10° C. under 101.325 KPa. The weight percentage is based on the total weight of antioxidant composition. The present invention further provides an application of said liquid antioxidant composition in raw rubbers such as natural rubber and raw rubbers synthesized via solution polymerization.

The present invention relates to a modified cellulose fiber-containing rubber composition containing: a modified cellulose fiber (A) obtained by adding a C15 or higher cyclic polybasic acid anhydride (a) containing a hydrophobic group to a cellulose fiber through esterification; a dispersing polymer (B) having a softening point of 135° C. or lower; and a rubber component (C).

摘要: A crosslinkable rubber composition comprising:—natural rubber or a rubber blend comprising natural rubber and 0-25 wt % EPDM,—elemental sulfur—one or more sulfur cure accelerators or sulfur donors, and—at least one organic peroxide with a 10 hour half-life in monochlorobenzene at a temperature in the range 95-145′C, wherein the weight ratio of the total amount of sulfur cure accelerators and sulfur donors relative to the amount of elemental sulfur is not higher than 2.5, and wherein the composition is substantially free of non-diene rubber.
